Pearl piccolo cases are MASSIVE compared to many other piccolo cases. Yamaha YPC-81/82 (and possibly the 91/92) cases are much smaller and still have room in them for two headjoints.
Honestly, I think this is a great deal for an all-purpose instrument. It really depends on what type of ensembles you're playing with. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts.

Yeah, I agree that the case is much bigger. I'm also a big fan of the Yamaha piccs.
I play on an old Bundy piccolo I bought for $200. That piccolo looks nice, but the price is high. Wow.
