    Ludovico Einaudi. A living legend of our age, and one of the reasons why so many people are starting to discover piano and classical music in the 21st century. Ludovico’s pieces are a big reason why this channel gained so much traction in 2018, so it was a pleasure to be asked to perform this piece to celebrate the release of his new album and return the favor! I hope this charming piece brightens up your week, and please let me know if you spot all of the details in the visuals ;)

    I don't know how Einaudi can create piece majesty with simple notes, and make it sound beautiful like each of his other pieces...?
    This man makes reborn to what was and is the piano as an instrument, not only to play pieces, but also to convey feelings...
    Wonderful melody. :)

    When my dad passed i was going through his things and i found a little black book. His thoughts, important passwords and random scribbles filled the pages. On one of the last pages there was nothing but some writing in the middle that had been circled a few times. It read: "Ludovico Einaudi - The water diviner". The hand writing was very bad so i knew he wrote that close to the end. I listen to this and think of him.

    I remember this channel popping out of seemingly nowhere with like 4 videos, but with a rapidly growing subscriber count. I watched the original Clair De Lune video and i knew this channel would amass millions of subs one day. I fell back in love with classical music again - sometimes musical works just need an artist who truly understands the piece and can express its subtle details in powerful ways that bring out the emotion.
    I drifted away from classical music for awhile as my mental health deteriorated, blasting my ears with a lot of garbage until I didn't want to listen to anything ever again. I had forgotten how to experience music, I had just been using it to drown out unpleasant feelings.
    But the storm has passed, I found this channel once more, and now I just can't get enough of it. Thank you Rousseau ❤

    I thought.. how epic it would be if two of the gratest composers would write a piece. I'm thinking exactly of Ludovico and Yiruma. Ludovico is perfect in deep and emotion full accompanying, but Yiruma in other hand - delightful melody.. wouldn't that be amazingly legendary?

    The way that you mixed the topographic notes with the crystal notes combined with the blue coloring looks like water from an alternate universe. Feels like you have four or five effects at once, super cool. Great playing as always, I'm excited for your 4M plans!

    This feels like a fantasy world, full of many magical things. I imagine relaxing in a peaceful place, full of Earth’s nature, be it a bright place in the forest, a grand view of the sea in bright daylight, or settling down at night. It’s another piece that induces peace. Just like Gymnopédie 1. (But that one was supposed to be sad, I think.)

    Kassia,The Flaming Piano,Marioevhever,Amosdoll Music. Long ago, the four pianists lived together in harmony but then everything changed when The Flaming Piano attacked. Only Rousseau, Master of all four pianists could stop them but when the world needed him most, he vanished. 5 months have past and we discovered a new Rousseau, a pianist with huge hands and all though he has great piano skills, he has alot to learn but we believe Sir Rousseau can save the world

    I think it's a bit pity when you use an orchestra in the background, even though I know that there is a lot of effort behind it. In my opinion your greatest strength has always been to cover incredible pieces with the piano without other instruments. Still, it's a beautiful piece and I'm always behind you.

    • @jacobshahwan3820
      @jacobshahwan3820 3 роки тому +47

      I think that it adds to the nature of the piece, sometimes you can't capture everything you need with just a piano. The added orchestra is just as good, if not better than solo piano in my opinion and I appreciate it just as much.
