Hello! What have you been up to? I'm sorry for not uploading videos for a long time. Actually, this year I have personal circumstances that prevent me from uploading a lot. Moreover, since I pursue to prepare high-quality recordings one by one, it takes a lot of time. I have prepared a new song, but there is currently an issue with incorrect copyright issue by UA-cam, so I can't upload it now. This problem is expected to be resolved automatically over time. Since it has been a while since I last uploaded, I will prioritize uploading a new video "Moonlight Full version" on my channel. (Now, this moonlight sonata video is under false UA-cam copyright issue, but the situation is even better than the other video, so I upload this moonlight sonata video now.) Many people have shown love for my "Moonlight Sonata" performance on my channel, and I received quite a few requests for a full version video, so I decided to prepare it. Thank you always! Have a great day. (I will upload the new recording as soon as the UA-cam copyright issue is resolved.)
Hello Ms. Kassia, We are elders who got through the covid pandemic by listening to Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra. This morning we discovered your gifts to the world. Thank you deeply. Dorothy and Jim in Santa Clara CA
Beethoven was a genius. This is a timepiece, a historical snapshot of what humanity can aspire to, a testament to the beauty within and around us. The 3rd movement is one of the most passionately observed moments in all of existence and to reproduce it is both a mammoth undertaking and also a privilege.
i might be misremembering this, but didnt he make the third movement so complicated because he brokeup with or was angry at his girlfriend/paramoure and didnt want her to be able to play it?
@@DavidSullivanDPS no that was for fur elise, basically the story behind it was that he was in love with his student and made fur elise for her but she rejected him so he made it so hard she could never play it
It may sound silly, but the first movement of that sonata is and most likely will remain my favorite piece of music. Its so beautiful. And its very good performed here.
same. I often reflect on how/why movement#1 of sonata hits me so hard. I like a lot of beethoven and classical in general but this movement amd especially kassia's playing of it just hits my brain in a way nothing else does. it's like it is borderline to causing synesthesia (I suspect the video helps a lot with this, but if I watch & listen to the 1st movement a few times, and then close my eyes, there's a "feeling of sight" it's hard to put words to it but 'feeling music' beyond merely auditory) Very trippy and beautiful, am very very thankful for having found this upload a year+ ago :D
As a young and advanced pianist, I want to give praise to the delicacy of Kassia's performance which I have heard throughout much of her work from her videos. She plays with a gentle yet fierce demeanor and extraordinarily expresses her emotions through her instrumentalism which multiple modern performers lack. She is a great inspiration to me to continue practicing and excelling in my musical endeavors and I hope she can be a positive inspiration for many beginner pianists listening to this masterpiece.
And some comments dare to call her messy or said she aint as good as the other famous channel, when kassia is literally a pro pianist that had done many concerts too

I learned this song with my late mother when I was a child, even though it was difficult. This song reminds me of my mother, who has passed away, and makes me sad.
Kassia if you're reading this you are absolutely amazing at the piano and if someone says youre not dont listen to them. They are just jealous of how talented you are. Im looking forward for you to be the next BEETHOVEN. Keep up the incredible work 👏
The third movement is delivered expertly. It's such a joy to play this piece and Kassia delivers it with a gentle touch while somehow sounding incredibly energetic and fierce.

WOW!!!! I can play the first movement, but that third movement is WAY beyond my talents! This is my favorite classical composition and it was brilliantly played. Bravo!!!!
Firmeza, determinação, amor, desespero, tristeza, vazio, raiva e loucura. Esse foi Beethoven. AMO.❤❤❤❤❤❤ Obrigada, Kassia!!
I've always loved this piece. I love that it's divided into three parts: the easy part that even a kid can play, the medium part that separates the kids from the adults, and then the hard bit that separates the adults from the concert pianists. It's always fun when someone my mates and I know plays the first movement, and we can goad them into playing the second, but they always balk at the third... 😁 "Come on, play it up, show-off!" You've done a lovely job of it here. Subbed.
If you play the first part professionally, it will be quite difficult. The way you have to sing the theme with your fifth finger, and so that the other notes are quieter. And the main thing is not to fall asleep on this part. I think the easiest part is the second part.
