I find it interesting that when a band does something different, people complain but when every song on the album is the same, they still complain. I prefer the heavier songs aswell, but this is so god damn catchy and you can't even deny it. If you listen to this entire album front to back with an open mind, you will jam the fuck out. I've never listened to a band's album where every song was COMPLETELY different from the last. The talent and diversity these group of guys bring to the genre is absolutely undeniable, so stoked for them.
you're one of the rare reasonable people i've seen in the comments talking about this album. everyone thinks a band needs to be original, but also be original by popular demand and no one gets that no one enjoys music with that kind of formula. fucking idiots. this album is amazing and i've jammed the fuck out to this song like 18 times today
I can honestly say I love every single song by Issues. There are only a handful of other bands I feel that way about. It's just . . . the feels man. The feels!
Of Mice and Men are really good too. I'm all over the place in the type of music I love, but here are some other bands kind of like them you might like: Our Last Night, Asking Alexandria, Bring Me The Horizon, We Came As Romans, and it goes on and on! Ha ha
I can just imagine one of those 80's music producer types snapping their fingers along to this song while shaking the members of the band saying, "You're gonna be HOT, kid! FLAMING HOT! RED HOT! The critics'll love ya, the fans'll love ya and we'll be RICH, kid RICH beyond your wildest dreams! We're gonna make it BIG, kid! BIG BIG BIG!"
I'm so impressed with this album! Never was a huge fan of Issues because they were just one of those bands that's so unique you don't know what to think at first, but this is real music!
Love how Issues doesn't believe in staying as one type of music. Their albums are different than one another, even their songs. Issues is music of all types so I find it enjoyable to hear some hard core with dub and rb soul just an overall good mixture.
I am happy, thanks for pointing that out, love. Lol, out of curiosity, I looked at your google profile and all I have to say is that you are pathetic. Looks like you're obsessed with Jonny Craig and love to use the words "fag", gay, "fuck", "pussy", "faggot", "bitch, etc. Is that all your mother taught you?
jenniferbrat I agree his comment was stupid and irrelevant. But just because someone is obsessed with Jonny Craig doesn't mean they are pathetic. His generic comment made him pathetic (Sorry, big JC fan)
RJ Piccioni I wasn't Insulting Jonny. I love him, but it seems like almost every video he goes on, he just has to compare them to Jonny Craig, like damn. You’re going to compare a deathcore band to Jonny Craig? A solo singer? Damn. .-.
jenniferbrat Oh i know you weren't dissing i was confused as to why you were calling him pathetic for listening to Jonny, I apologize for my misunderstanding Lol Emarosa is my fave band and i would never compare those belts to deathcore growls.
Least favorite song, but it still shows their diversity with music. This is their FIRST full length guys. Let them fine tune their sound as the years come. It's asking a lot, I know. But if you don't like this release I can see why, but I completely love every song on it. Just give them another year and come back for their next release.
Man, they played this song in San Antonio. I hadn't heard of them playing it live anywhere. So when it kicked off...I soiled myself! They started it acoustically and about the time Michael comes it...grinding occurred.
Finally! An Issues song that's not in Csharp. And before any of you start ragging on me saying "It's their music, they can do what they want" or something like that, I'm not saying their music is bad. I'm just saying it's kind of annoying when all of a band's songs are in the same key. I mean, I understand some groups have certain keys that they like to write songs in and are easy for the singers to sing in, I just like it when there's a bit of variety.
+Joseph Percy a majority of their songs are in b flat minor and a lot of the new ones are in a flat minor. Slow me down is in e minor. This one is in b minor.
Still one of my favorite albums to this day. I used to work at Jimmy John's in high school as a delivery driver. By the time I moved on from that job, the whole town most likely heard the whole album too.
The amount of sounds that these guys are able to create shows true talent and the ability to change it up and diversify their sound without every song sounding exactly the same. While I loved Black Diamonds, I think it's great to hear all of these different styles on the LP.
This band deserves to be on the top 10. They're wicked talented and I love them to death. I've left like 10 comments on the videos for them. They really have let me have a new insight on life. God I love Tyler XD
Tyler Carter please marry me. Im glad they don't just scream ALL the time in their songs. I like that too but hey, its 2014 new music has arrived. And its way better than the past.
People shouldn't be complaining because unlike most bands, their music never sounds the same & they are very original & can create catchy tunes. They form their own style & have the talent. Either you enjoy the music if you don't, if not then you should get off the page.
this song is easily my hood jam. That's what I love abut issues, all their songs are jammy. Too bad I won't be able to catch them on the future hearts tour :/
The things I love about this album is Ty's work throughout the entire album! Let's not forget about AJ's & Sky's guitar parts, Michael's & Tyler's perf singing techniques. AND WHO COULD FORGET THE TALENTED JOSH HOLY SHIT DUDE! :) I love this band so much!
I wasn't the hugest fan of Issues before the album. I mean they had some fun tracks, but I wasn't hooked. This album hooked me. HOOKED me. Awesome job from the boys, going to see them Friday at MegaFest!!!
it pisses me off how stars that just sing about asses and money get all this attention then people with songs that actually mean something are less discovered. Our generation is awesome, aint it?
***** very true. I respected Nicki's music when it meant something but now I just dunno. She's a wonderful person, don't get me wrong, it's just nothing I can really grasp on in her lyrics anymore. I like the beats tho..
i agree but fun songs like this are awsome to listen too im honeslty gettting sick of the bitching and whining in metalcore and post - hardcore and if you think about it this song has meaning to someone whos in this situation trying to win over a girl even tho he knows shes going to break his heart at some point
So true! I hate how all the real,deep,meaningful music is not discovered! Half of the "music" that is played on the radio is just a bunch of (Parton my French) shit! And all the songs have the same annoying god damn beats...change it up once in a while would ya?! Props to all the bands/artists who actually put meaning into their lyrics. ;-;
And when the sun comes up again!!! ~ 1:24 ~ And we're gone!! We'll remember every beautiful thing that went wrong !!!! I Could never say it like i scream it!! Drunk talent cause we're fading!!! I am freakin getting chills on my spine whenever i hear this line, would love a whole song on a tone like this, really great motivation for my workouts!
this is good, i like how theyre giving emphasis on both vocalists, some are specifically michael-some songs are tyler-some songs are balanced. but all are very good. and haters need to remember that this is still a fairly new band. sure, michael and tyler were in woe together but this is a growing experience for both of them and the rest of the band as well. i think theyre doing great though.
I seriously don't know what it is about this band, but I just absolutely enjoy every single song they have. It's so outbid the norm for me to like this kind of stuff, but I love this bands music. They're one of the only newer bands I can actually get into..
I find it interesting that when a band does something different, people complain but when every song on the album is the same, they still complain. I prefer the heavier songs aswell, but this is so god damn catchy and you can't even deny it. If you listen to this entire album front to back with an open mind, you will jam the fuck out. This was a perfect read of a comment. Thank you.
You are great sir. You said what I have been trying to say but I didn't know how to word it properly.
You bring hope back to me, well said sir.
Gabe Daniels
Micahel Manasan Finally some people realize why this band ismy musical heavan lol
0:22 I could never say it like I sang it.
1:38 I could never say it like I scream it.
You beasts.
Thomas Davidge I agree

I am OBSESSED with this song
I can honestly say I love every single song by Issues. There are only a handful of other bands I feel that way about. It's just . . . the feels man. The feels!
what other bands id like to know if your willing?
Sure - Our Last Night, Hollywood Undead, Pantera, Slipknot, Deftones, and Korn. What about you?
Well I'm just getting into this type of music and so far I like issues, pierce the veil, of mice and men, and sleeping with sirens
Of Mice and Men are really good too. I'm all over the place in the type of music I love, but here are some other bands kind of like them you might like: Our Last Night, Asking Alexandria, Bring Me The Horizon, We Came As Romans, and it goes on and on! Ha ha
chris deJesus you might also like Breathe Carolina, Mayday Parade, and Upon This Dawning
BIG BIG BIG!"
this is by far their poppiest track on their album... they still make it sound good though!
Because the backup of MetalCore! :D
this is also probably the most catchy song on the album!! Not my fave song though, I like Never Lose Your Flames and Life of a Nine better
You've obviously never heard Flexin.
@@nathanpolk9322 yeah, because OP's comment was posted 6 years ago... Before Flexin' was even a pipedream...
Just watch it .
I'm so glad they got the Artist of the Year they deserve it
tataly! it made me so happy to see all there faces when they got awarded
XxARIbandsDOEXx Haha same!
Tyler is just so damn good. Dude deserves all the publicity in the world. If you haven't listened to his Adele cover...you're doing it wrong.
One of his best cover is and will be "mirrors" by jtimberlake
Issues is one of the best bands. Hands down.
MTV, are you listening?
no, theyre too worried about pregnant teens.
Tyler Wilson Both of these comments couldn't have made me happier.. Our generation of teens in two simple little comments
Jordan Osz except for the fact I'm a mid-twenties guy with an objective look on music.
Ray Slavenburg Then this is slightly awkward
Damn who would have guessed 2021 MTV is dead
I'm so impressed with this album! Never was a huge fan of Issues because they were just one of those bands that's so unique you don't know what to think at first, but this is real music!
The most original and diverse band I know. The sky is the limit for these guys.
issues is one out of like two or three bands i can genuinely say i love every single song by. this band is SO amazing, i really am obsessed
Need this album ASAP!
It leaked! So you're in luck!
Drew Rochon It's still only 192 kbps. Good quality comes when you put money torwards it
Joel Farelli
Agreed.
Joel Farelli It's worse than 192. Mine is 150
It's out! :O
Damn this band is perfect
MTV needs to start playing music like this now
mtv plays music?
mrmeekl24 yeah mtv stands for music television
no I mean MTV plays "MUSIC"?
XD well if you mean good music then no cx
mrmeekl24
Love how Issues doesn't believe in staying as one type of music. Their albums are different than one another, even their songs. Issues is music of all types so I find it enjoyable to hear some hard core with dub and rb soul just an overall good mixture.
Let's all agree that Scout is the real hero here. Damn those samples. He's a superb producer.
Intensily in love with this album so far.

What is it to make me this addicted?!
I know the feeling
Djent Pop
I feel like Issues was working with Breathe Carolina a little when they recorded this... haha. c: I'm so happy for them.
Is that all your mother taught you?
jenniferbrat LOLOL I can't.
jenniferbrat I agree his comment was stupid and irrelevant.
Damn. .-.
jenniferbrat Oh i know you weren't dissing i was confused as to why you were calling him pathetic for listening to Jonny, I apologize for my misunderstanding Lol Emarosa is my fave band and i would never compare those belts to deathcore growls.
what if....top 40 pop had a baby with Metalcore?
well, we tried it, and turns out its fucking awesome
Least favorite song, but it still shows their diversity with music. This is their FIRST full length guys. Let them fine tune their sound as the years come. It's asking a lot, I know. But if you don't like this release I can see why, but I completely love every song on it. Just give them another year and come back for their next release.
DovahThief Me either man! I loved everything they've put out.
this is a big step up from black diamonds i feel
Man, they played this song in San Antonio. I hadn't heard of them playing it live anywhere. So when it kicked off...I soiled myself! They started it acoustically and about the time Michael comes it...grinding occurred.
Finally! An Issues song that's not in Csharp. I mean, I understand some groups have certain keys that they like to write songs in and are easy for the singers to sing in, I just like it when there's a bit of variety.
+Joseph Percy a band doesn't have many options due to the singer being limited in his tone.
I understand that, really I do. I'm a singer and musician myself (not Tyler Carter's level, but I'm trying). I'm just saying it's frustrating.
Wow.. *dramatically get blowns away*

Finally a band on Rise that's not trapped in a box. Thank you for pushing the envelope, so good.
Memphis May Fire rocks too!
I get so pumped whenever Michael starts singing.
Really dug this. Pushing the boundaries.
Ugh i want a music video to the song
yess we must start a petition
Damn I love these guys!
"I love this song and the tone good ears"
This band deserves to be on the top 10. They're wicked talented and I love them to death. I've left like 10 comments on the videos for them. They really have let me have a new insight on life. God I love Tyler XD
They make everything sound so perfect. Fuck
This song is beyond addicting. I'm so thrilled for this album. I'm in love with everything I've heard so far. Love the energy of it all.
I think this rocks.. Best song on the album IMO. This style of music is something i can listen to & enjoy - as well as the missus!!
i like how they can mix r&b beats with this genre and create beautiful pieces of art! this album will be amazing!
These guys are solid one of my favorite bands for sure
Favorite song on the album!
You guys.. Issues is different. Get that through your head. All of their songs I've heard so far have blown me away. ISSUES keep it coming!
This band continues to produce perfection.
Tyler Carter please marry me. Im glad they don't just scream ALL the time in their songs. I like that too but hey, its 2014 new music has arrived. And its way better than the past.
I love this song and the album so glad my friend told me about Issues
I like this album because the music sounds really great, nice rhythm unique to each song, every song is different. More bands need to do this IMHO.
Issues is on fire with their new album
song is actually sick
This song made me wanna dance :P
Every song on this album is completely different. It's awesome!
how could ppl not like this its addictive
People shouldn't be complaining because unlike most bands, their music never sounds the same & they are very original & can create catchy tunes. They form their own style & have the talent. Either you enjoy the music if you don't, if not then you should get off the page.
I think this is gonna be the sort of album where every song is amazing, not just a few. The 6 songs on riserecords channel so far are just so perfect!

Is a song that got me going, after breakin up with ex....feelin tough listening to it...is a fkn sick song!!yea!! And i love it!!
it pisses me off how stars that just sing about asses and money get all this attention then people with songs that actually mean something are less discovered. Our generation is awesome, aint it?
I agree with you. Our generation is fu*ked up.
***** very true. I respected Nicki's music when it meant something but now I just dunno. She's a wonderful person, don't get me wrong, it's just nothing I can really grasp on in her lyrics anymore. I like the beats tho..

And when the sun comes up again!!! ~ 1:24 ~
And we're gone!!

I am freakin getting chills on my spine whenever i hear this line, would love a whole song on a tone like this, really great motivation for my workouts!
This whole album is just amazing. c:
this song is so dope!!
this is good, i like how theyre giving emphasis on both vocalists, some are specifically michael-some songs are tyler-some songs are balanced. but all are very good. and haters need to remember that this is still a fairly new band. sure, michael and tyler were in woe together but this is a growing experience for both of them and the rest of the band as well. i think theyre doing great though.
My mind just exploded. This is great.
Just got put on this song and obsessed!!
I love this album so much I'm actually going to pay for it! Gotta support these guys so they can put out more of this stuff!
I cannot WAIT for this album to drop. Ahh! :)
I seriously don't know what it is about this band, but I just absolutely enjoy every single song they have. It's so outbid the norm for me to like this kind of stuff, but I love this bands music. They're one of the only newer bands I can actually get into..
