Same, I think most of us that spent our teenage years listening to Metalcore are maturing as music listeners. While I'd previously snide at anything outside of standard Emo Metalore music from Sumerian, Epitaph and Hopeless Records, I now listen to a wide spectrum of music and appreciate mellower stuff as well. I'm all for vibey tracks like this.

Jonathan Peter same dude, also as a musician I’ve learned to appreciate other genres and even learn from them. Now a days I love listening to mellow stuff as well, also groovy/jazzy music.
@@MiracleLoverx same here, its hilarious. I think its amazing that these bands are maturing along with their fans. Bands like Emarosa and BMTH and even Blessthefall with their last album are the ones that have all the lasting power. Its the difference between having a career and having a few niche songs that people forget about in a year.

Ive been a fan since they released their very first album all those years ago...but man this might be my favorite song they've made yet. Reminds me almost of an 80s movie soundtrack kind of vibe.

This is the first song I heard AFTER hearing their latest song "Stay" and being like "Wasn't Emarosa like a emo/post hardcore band back in the day?" And now I realize they have plenty more synthwave bangers, and I'm very happy with this discovery.
