(Correction on Interstate Freeway... it's not I-10. Correct Freeway is 210. The property is overlooking the 210 Freeway).
We started our work at 10am to present the house we listed for sale, then proceeded to complete our AVID (Agent's Visual Inspection Disclosure) that lasted for 5 hours.
So where do we go after work? To our favorite Jollibee!
