Would I be profitable if I say I am going to form a startup, whose aim is to get customer's feedback? I feel like, feedback is the only thing that a company needs to produce its goods or services, without troubling their marketing groups (push market).

Hey buddy, that's an interesting point. I think you're question sounds like a combination of feasibility and execution. You can look into feasibility studies to get a better idea of evaluating from that perspective, and of course, execution is key, and will take not only deep and broad study, but hard, determined work.
