Do you know if Google allows offering incentives to your customers in exchange for their review (not just wanting the good ones, but trying for real to just get more reviews)? Thanks
According to Google “business owners shouldn’t offer incentive” support.google.com/business/answer/3474122?hl=en Seems like a very open ended suggestion. 🫣
Great question! The biggest difference is probably price, I believe service titans reviews is part of their “marketing pro” tool set. I know they also have an ads pro feature which looks pretty good! Likely, the tools will accomplish the same thing and there wouldn’t necessarily be a need to switch.
It is. It works really well. Just got a client 100 reviews In the past month by connecting to their crm and following up with sold jobs of the past 180 days
@@lonniesfilmmaking333 Another cheaper alternative that is a bit more manual us simply getting the link from your GMB listing and send clients a quick text at the end of jobs.
That’s part of it. It also integrates with your crm to do it automatically when a job is complete and sends sms as well. Then if you don’t receive the review it automatically sends a fee more over the course of the next few weeks. It’s really is simple but if you do a decent amount of volume it can make big difference.
@@CheviePublicover Is there a way to do this without any software? Like for a client, would I need to text their previous customers myself to ask for a review?

There are limitations on how often you can ask for reviews, you can’t spam a customer multiple times a day and for good reason. However, yes, a tool like this can bring in both positive and negative reviews. No business is perfect and IMO negative reviews and how you respond to them can often be better than positive reviews!
@@CheviePublicover I had a negative review that brought a lot of positive outcomes. I answered the most frequently asked question by customers in my response and that saved me from a lot of calls. Overally, customers gained confidence in my business after that negative review
Yes, however the tool works directly with other review platforms too, so if someone doesn’t have a Google account they can leave a review via Facebook, yelp, etc
It depends on the business. If you are getting hundred or thousands of customers per month then worth it. If you are only getting 20-50, you could likely do it successfully manually.
