Merc service is useless. I bought GLA200 in April 2022. After doing 800 kms, the car drifts left. On the face of it it looks simple problem of wheel alignment. You know Merc service took my car 3 times to correct it. Finally they came back and admitted with following reply: "personally drove your Mercedes GLA today, though all the alignment values are within specified limits, and minor drift is due to road behavior" The so called minor drift is so bad that you need to HOLD THE STEERING ALWAYS otherwise car will drift left. Recommend viewers NOT TO BUY this car.

We didn't like it either
Take it to a private garage and get it fixed there then hand Mercedes the bill. That is covered by warranty
