How long?
Do these have to go in parks or could you have them on their own land? Just curious if you might know, because I live in upstate Ny but nothing seems to be affordable in the area I’m in. I’ve been considering one of these.
@@MissLalove123 You can purcahse these to put on your own land. If you looking at the price list, you would need to look at the price under retail. My wife and I are thinking of buying one for a piece a property we own in NY.

Are these basically conforming to building code standards? My county is prepared to approve this I think with the septic system I have engineered, a site plan with foundation. It will be an off-grid build with well and propane + solar.
These are considered Park Model RVs and will not meet the codes for permanent living. These are built to the RVIA standard (ANSI A119.5).
Is the insolation enough to use this year round? Might be good to make a video to explain everything that the final site will need to get it running
Yes, these cabins work great in cold temps! We have cabins in many cold-weather states.

as an hvac tech, who installs the same type of systems that go in these... i would say no, as they cannot operate in temps below -15 @@peggyjean5530
What about shrinkage and compression with snow load at all window and door openings as well ad any thing inside attached to more than 1 log
The logs are kiln-dried prior to construction, so shrinkage will be minimal. We use laminated beams in the cabins, so they will handle quite a snow load. Thank you!

We do not offer the option of a wood stove, but you could get a contractor to install one in the cabin once the cabin is onsite.

Are fireplaces an option?
No, we do not install fireplaces. Once you receive the cabin, a contractor can install a fireplace for you!
Are they wind-rated?
Since these are built from interlocking logs, they are extremely strong structures. We have customers that placed our cabins in hurricane zones that never had issues with them in hurricane-force winds.
Can I build it larger than the ones you have.
It's already to overpriced for the ones they have so picture you get it built like a 4 and 2 bedroom mobile home you can find one of those for 50-70k plus shipping fees brand new
