Realllllly nice apartments. I liked #2 and 3 the best. The natural surrounds and the sea are beautiful. You shouldn't have any trouble moving the units or even the whole building. I've thought before that living outside bustling Tropea would be nice 🌻

Don't get me wrong, the apartments ARE nice. But $2,000 per month nice? In Calabria??? Just seems kinda high compared to other apartments in southern Italy/Sicily that I've seen on-line. Am I wrong to think so? Please let me know. Grazie, Paul in Firenze
Yes in July and August the prices skyrocket. For a two bedroom right on the beach I think it’s fair. Here where I am apartments go for more. The beaches here are very popular! Best beaches in Italy
Nice that all apartments have sea view and nice flow. It is quiet till a plane arrives or departs from the airport. I looked up airport website and there are 728 flights a week presently approx 104 a day!!! They are planning expansions. That would kill the quiet for me.
I never see any planes here! Compared to other cities Calabria is truly quiet. I think you should come here and experience it for yourself instead of researching online.
The airplanes fly out at sea and there is no sound from planes at all during take off or departures besides the town if approx.30 minutes if you drive the ltalian way.
Population of the town is probably around 1,400 during the off season with most residing in the old town up the mountain and in the newer buildings east of the autostrada
Is there a way to talk and not do texting! How much is the 6th apartment? Is it the one with roof top terrace? Can it be rented long term or at least until financing is completed?
