It's so commendable and encouraging to see you in an "evaluation situation" and STILL find a way to just smile, so genuinely, so sweetly. Seeing your energy and the way you respond and react under pressure is heartwarming. It is as if in smiling, you are just conquering everything, one trial at a time! Good for you and well done! THANK YOU SO MUCH for thinking to do this! So generous of you, to objectively weigh out how much something like this would benefit others still on the job market. So thoughtful and kind of you, doing this FOR others AND at a slight personal risk. I hope (they) VT don't decide they have an issue with it. And just as your intention was purely objective and level-headed, I hope somehow if they (VT) do happen to initially take issue with it, they would weigh things out from all angles and see it as objectively as your initial intentions were. We know how narrow-minded most people can be. When someone does something (good) but it comes across as "questionable", most people see the ACT(ION), rather than actually seeing or acknowledging the IMPACT, underlying it. Wishing you all the luck with the actual job AND in your future interactions with VT. And may you have a successful 2022!

I got offered a contract by Varsity Tutors! Thanks so much for your help! I had applied over a year ago and my application was on hold so I couldn't use your referral code I don't think.
It's really cool you made this video so others can literally see what the process is like. I created an account on varsity tutors a few months ago but other things came up and I forgot about it. I logged in today and there isn't anything about an interview. It has a list of assessments for me to take and has me approved for some subjects and others it says "pending". It also has a section to upload transcripts, resume, and drivers license. Do you have to send your transcripts to get an interview? I see nothing about an interview when I log in.
