Thank you! I actually drove up to Jupiter, FL from FLL, so I can't speak specifically to Lauderdale. However, it's safe to say being on the Atlantic is much nicer than being in the middle of the state in Orlando. Maybe you can split up your vacation with a few days in Orlando and a few in Lauderdale. Making the drive between the two cities several times may be a bit of a pain after all! Your trip should be fun either way. Safe travels!
Robbie Sharp South Florida is big West Palm to Miami so clubs and night life would be better in South Florida but there is lots of crime here one second in nice area next in ghetto so have be careful of surroundings but it's beautiful here tho and a must see
