I've made keto dalgona many times. I then blend soymilk+ ice cubes and top it with the dalgona whip. It literally tastes like a frappuccino from Starbucks.
...a little cacao powder, bloomed in the boiling water a few seconds before adding to the sweetner and coffee, would be yummy. Healthy too!

I've made this and it was too sweet for me. Reduced the erythritol and tastes like the caffe latte with heavy cream that I've been drinking for a while. Tasty.
Choose a different sweetener, or 50/50 or mixed with different type of sweetener, or use far Less

I bought Zevic Erythritol Natural Sweetener. Too much in quantity required. Becomes expensive as well. Can you please tell me why is that so? Any other brand you would recommend for baking purpose.
Cerovia stevia is good for me in sweetening lassi & chai.
