Gluten free, fat free, sugar free, and again, gluten free (the current fad). But, there are all loaded with sodium. Why do waffles need so much salt? Answer, they don't. It's a good thing I can cook, or I'd have nothing to eat. Processed foods and reataurant foods are all loaded with sodium.
