Hi
Do try this easy recipe as a party food or evening snack. Serve it hot with some spicy dip or Mayo. You can also customize the spices used in the batter as per your liking. Use any sausages or frankfurters chicken or pork too.
Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
6 to 7 Long Sausages/Frankfurters
1 Cup (135 gms) Maida/All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Dahi/Curds
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes (increase for more spice)
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
3/4 Tsp Salt (Adjust as per taste)
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Cup - (100 ml) (approx.) Water - add little at a time to make a thick batter
Oil for Deep Frying

Yes, you use any veg seekh kababs, spiced up soya chunks. Anything that will remain on the tooth pick or without the toothpick too, just dip into the batter and fry
