- Welcome to my workout routine, this was a short video on how I workout using items such as the dumbells, weights and as well as the treadmill although some footage wasn't included in this video. I would like to include my workout routine because it has been highly requested and people that know of me usually ask about how I attain my weight and what better way than to demonstrate it on youtube.
This is my my full body workout routine that enabled me to lose weight every time I travel to Nigeria and gain weight I would always go to the gym and I thought that this is the easiest workout routine that is accessible to all. For this workout I combined a mixture of my workout routine and free styled it.

Stretch (30 sec) mainly leg stretch.
Shin box (30 sec)
Side to side hip dip (30 sec)
Explosive/jump squat (30 sec)
Side leg raise with side bend (30 sec)
Running plank (30 sec)
15 sec rest
(Start the circuit again) x2
Not included in the video but still part of my routine, day 2 coming soon.
Jumping jacks (30 sec)
Mountain climbers (30 sec)
Right lunge kick (30 sec)
Left lunge kick (30 sec)
Burpees (30 sec)
(1min rest).
Lift weight 10kg/20kg 30 reps. x4
Plank (30 sec).
Side plank (30 sec)
Treadmill 10mins- Sprinting 30 sec each
Weights but bend forward 40 kg 30 reps x2
Repeat full circuit x1
