@Buddy Guyerson - exactly. Just because you see something you and your stupid friends do in a Star Wars video doesn't make it cool. In fact, quite the opposite. Any reference to Earth culture (pop culture in particular) in a Star Wars film is beyond ridiculous which is why the "woke SJW" and Marvel style humor are so out of place in the new films. The only good new film is Rogue One. Why? Because it took itself seriously. If you don't understand that, you don't understand Star Wars.
@@ottensackpeters1287 - yup, totally ridiculous. Boba Fett is not part of the Empire, he is a mercenary. He mostly works alone and would never lead Imperial Storm Troopers, he would hire a crew of other mercenaries if he needed them. Most people really do not understand Star Wars at all.
@@krenwregget7667 There is precedent for Boba acting as a tracker for an Imperial stormtrooper squad. The same is happening here. Stop being so absolute and enjoy a bit more live action original trilogy Boba Fett...
The locations you chose were amazing! This movie felt very in universe, I loved it. The overall style of it was very cool as well! Especially how the main jedi looks, overall great job!
That was good. Always enjoy stories where the Imperials are effective troops. Really adds to the tension when the Rebels have to escape from a capable foe instead of the Galatic Keystone Cops.
I'm all about Star Wars ! I was quickly drawn into the episode by the force 😅 When Darth Vader was introduced I felt more weight added and then R2 and C3P0 completed it for me. The action, location and the wardrobe great. Well done.
Wow. And Wow. Have watched many Star Wars fan films, and have enjoyed almost every one. But this is just EPIC! Thanks so much for a truly superlative SW fan film!
It's nice to see some Star Wars film that makes Stormtroopers look badass and shows the Rebels as the antagonist hit-and-runners. Also these small details such as Vader not being concerned about another Rebel attack or Boba Fett's fistbump with Dengar. *Long live The Empire!*
Great job guys! For a SW fanfilm, this was probably the best one ive seen. Only con was the lack of consistency in the special effects/cinematography. But mostly it was amazing, and you guys should do more films!
I love it how the Jedi and the Sith assassian talk to each other. Just the way they talk shows that they knew each other during the Clone Wars as Jedi. I love it.
It's so refreshing to see fan films that look like they could fit seamlessly into the star wars franchise. I just saw A Solo Story and the way you had the civilian life and empire interaction, via the interviewing the civilians for info about the killing, literally matched the way they did it in A Solo Story. Fan films like these are very flowing with the side stories like Rogue One and Solo Story. Great work
Thanks a lot! I think Disney have stolen a few ideas from these fan films. Take a look at my first one where I actually came up with the name Rogue One
A lot of energy must have been put into this. Great video, but the soundquality of the voices and some bad acting lowers the quality. But still awesome....
OK THAT WAS FANTASTIC!!! I honestly felt so immersed in this, it was like watching a new star wars film. The sheer nostalgia was strong with this one. Great work! :)
This is Awesome ! I've been a big fan of Secrets of the Sand all these years and I just found this movie. Really Great job to everyone involved with this film ! Loved the C-3PO and R2-D2 cameo as well !
@@gazcarr Your welcome Dude. Looking forward to Future Star Wars movies from you. Hope you keep making them about Stormtrooper Squadrons fighting in urban areas or in the wilderness. It's cool to see Stormtroopers be the heroes sometimes. Was reading a comic recently where a guy said his planet loved the Empire because they were poor and just needed jobs. So he enlisted as a Stormtrooper and became Sergeant Kreel the infamous Stormtrooper that used a green lightsaber. It's cool to see things from a Stormtrooper's point of view.
Respect from Boba to Dengar was well done, quite well put together without trying to hard and overstretching, good costumes and a good verity of characters in believable locations for it to be a galaxy far far away, nice video!

After several drinks I'd be confident enough to talk to Boba Fett. I think he is the absolute best badass character ever. He's one hell of a bounty hunter. I love Boba Fett! Also love the fact he has several lines in this fan film. Usually he's quiet.
great take on Star Wars I think Vaders voice was a little dark but the amount of characters and R2D2 were great I look forward to seeing more of your projects BTW Fett and Dengars fist bump was epic great job
I liked the sets and the CGI was impressive. Boba Fett rocked.Fun to watch. Light saber duel was fantastic. You guys put so much work into this! One tip, don't use plastic cups in the cantina/bar.
Awesome movie! I love the costumes! Quick tip, all energy effects (IE Lasers, lightsabers, fire) should ALWAYS be set to screen or add blending modes to make them look more realistic.
I have seen many fan films. Some had better image quality or music or etc.. By the way, you have originality. Not the topical Jedi fight. You used all your resources to the limit. And lot of imagination. My 10 for your team
best fan film on youtube.. the troopers and the general feel of this look like what we can expect from rogue one. i like how the troopers actually look like they can move in their armor. i hope we can expect more. and based on the last line in this movie, i think we can
Just stumbled upon this great fan film, really impressed, the special effects was great, but what impressed me the most was the scenery, and environments, how did you find such great places to film.
Bons efeitos. Locação bem escolhida. Futurista e com a atmosfera de um filme de sci-fi como Star Wars. Vestuário legal. A direção de atores não é tão boa, mas é um bom fan film de Star Wars.
Love that Boba and Dengar did a brofist.
Captain Comics they're bros for life. Dengar saved Boba Fetts life after he escaped the sarlaac pit.
@@haleypierce6635 but that happens later, after the battle at Jabba's Palace.

Makes it a bit more emotional having a bit of a backstory to the fight
