    I’m a singles / doubles player. Smash is my strong point and been using zf2 for the past 2 years. I’m pretty happy with the racket but I’m facing a slight problem as my wrist is not fast enough to move it fast during quick plays . Which bat would you suggest ? I mostly play smashes , flat shots with occasional drops.

      Try ax99pro. Its headhvy level same with zf2 but not stiffer than zf2.

    I am very big fan of Voltric Z Force 2, still would definitely try Astrox 88 S, seems juicy with the information you shared.

    Is the 88D and 99 the same size racket head. A 99 has a noticeably shorter sweetspot than my Armortec 700.

    Which best racquet between astrox 9 or voltric 20 dg for an offensive player?

    I play doubles generally and would consider myself as intermediate. I always play with Yonex Mavis 350 PLastic shuttles and essentially a frontcourt player. Which string and at what tension should I use for Yonex Astrox 88s? I don't want the damage my racquet since it is costly.

    • @kuan4164

      Amit Kumar 23-25 is sufficient for plastic shuttles

      Use 4 knots method rather than 2 knots if you prefer saving ur racket than ur string

    Hi, I am a doubles front and mid court player, my game lies on placement and quick counters. My smashes are not such powerful. I want to use a racket which gives me more power on smashes. Which racket should I buy out of bravesword 12 or 88s? Please guide.

    • @YumoProShop
      @YumoProShop  6 років тому

      They are both good rackets for doubles play, the 88S would be stiffer and more head heavy while the BS12 is med flex and even balanced. If you are a strong player then I would recommend the 88S. If you find your smashes are weak then I would go with the BS12.

      Go for bs12, ez to generate smash with enough power and quick on defence too. Only need time to accustomed to it because of the weird frame head shape

    What’s the difference between hard and soft string feel?

    • @YumoProShop
      @YumoProShop  6 років тому

      Hard feeling strings are stiffer and will feel more crisp when you hit the shuttle. Since they are stiffer, the durability is not as great compared to the softer strings as it is more elastic. You will also feel more of the impact/vibration using hard strings compared to soft strings. So for people with arm/elbow injuries it is best to go with a soft feeling string.

    which of the three is heaviest? I have 88D 4U, it feels like a 3U when I hold it (with string and customised grip). I also have 3U D10, it feels like it has the same weight as 88D 4U.

    • @mvplovers24
      @mvplovers24 2 роки тому

      Well of course the arc11 is the heaviest coz its in 3U. Unless the 88s is 3U also. Weight has nothing to do with how you hold it. It will weight the same, its just diffrent feeling becoz of different balance point

    In Astrox 88s What is the difference between HK code & AS code??

    • @Krossfyre
      @Krossfyre 5 років тому

      There shouldn't be a difference between the two. The code is only meant for retail in different areas. HK is sold in Hong Kong area and AS would be Australia

  • @Destiny2097

    You gave a lot of ratings on different areas, but which racket did you win the most games with or feel the most comfortable with on court? Also, knowing your play style would help with the comparison.

    • @YumoProShop
      @YumoProShop  6 років тому +3

      The racket that was more comfortable for me was the Astrox 88S. My play style is more focused on shuttle placement and I would say more on the defensive/counter attacking side. My smash was always my weak point and I find the racket helps me generate more power.

      @vigneshbdmv5697 6 років тому

      I used astrox 77 and have used 88d and s. Definitely you will feel lot of difference, 77 is not a fast racket but s is a super fast racket..

    • @mvplovers24
      @mvplovers24 2 роки тому

      Ax77 is superlight but still produce good power for smashing. But still if you crave for more power must go for stiffer shaft

    • @pramodramatmajan
      @pramodramatmajan 6 років тому

      Yumo Pro Shop He is got a balanced game, but not quick enough with his hands. I need a racquet which will help him with racquet speed and manoeuvre and control his shots. He already has good smash due to body strength

    • @YumoProShop
      @YumoProShop  6 років тому +1

      In his case, it would be better to go with even balanced rackets to help with the speed/maneuverability since he can already generate good power. I'd suggest taking a look at Duora 10, Duora 7, Nanoray 900, Arcsaber 11.

    Why does yonex create it as a medium stiff? Isnt a doubles racket supposed to be flexible?

    • @vigneshbdmv5697
      @vigneshbdmv5697 6 років тому

      I am using it and it is kind off stiff not even medium. The logic should be to have more control in the forecourt. But this racket has amazing power which doesn't need additional flex..

    • @mvplovers24
      @mvplovers24 2 роки тому

      Who state double racket should be flex? Fyi double player also use zf2 which is extra stiff. Athlete got strong arm and different power than us regular player. Thats why they create stif racket for powerful ppl and flex/med racket for beginner or intermediate player.
