Kano didn’t get as much screen time as he deserved but boy was Trevor Goddard’s performance hella memorable. He was so good and impressed Ed Boon to the point they retconned Kano to being an Aussie weapons dealer. He was taken from us too soon.

Such a classic, and actually holds up quite well. The sets are amazing, straight from the games. I can't believe they messed up the sequel so bad, and as a bit of trivia the sequel had a much bigger budget. How is it possible?

Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa is an underrated treasure. His acting in the Mortal Kombat games is awesome to watch too.
He really was brilliant. He has such presence and his acting is the stuff of Shakespeare.

Just as Cary (Tagawa) is the only Shang Tsung in my mind that was truly brought to life. Linden Ashby is easily/effortlessly the best Johnny Cage.
