Problem is Batman's fights against organized crime are inevitably overly drawn out because, despite his intelligence, he never fights strategically. Jason Todd proved better at dealing with organized crime when he started out as Red Hood because his takeover began with a strategic attack on organizations' command structure when he first took out the lieutenants and basically captured the bosses at gunpoint. He could have ended such groups in a single night whereas Batman takes years to shut down groups working from the bottom up.

Well, they share certain similarities, both of them being the "Godfathers" of their universe. However, I would put Fisk above Cobblepot not only for his physical strenght, but also because the Kingpin managed to successfully be a tycoon of both the legal and illegal worlds and keeping himself always at the top, no matter what happens.

Good strategy. Especially the secrecy. If Batman or Bruce Wayne were to be discovered to be the opposition, I think kingpin would immediately be at the advantage. He can act in ways they can’t and will likely try to force mud on them. Going after Fisk would involve breaking down his empire at the ground level to be sure. The other half would be picking at his influence over the police and institutions. Interdicting their bribes and/or giving them something else to fear would be effective. I’m reminded of the strategy in GR Wildlands when the chief enforcer had to buy an army against his old boss and his boss hung up the bought general with hundred dollar bills stabbed into him. Fear is worth more than money. Obviously such an act would be out of the question for Batman/Bruce but the lesson could still be retooled and used.
I think these crime boss and corrupt tycoon villains are underappreciated. They keep their hands clean and are thus hard to catch. Can't say the same about your usual desperado villain.

Thinking about it, the King Pin is pretty much the mirror opposite of Bruce Wane, while Bruce tries to do everything he can for Gotham and its people, the King Pin is the kind of person who would do anything to get more power and money and not care who stands in his way!!
Man, Kingpin and Green Goblin would be perfect Batman villains.
Man Batman cannot even understand how much pain suffering trouble that Kingpin has done the Spider-Man and Miles Morales and Peter and having to deal with the mafia
I legitimately would love to see a series where Batman dismantles Kingpin's empire.

Good strategy. Especially the secrecy. If Batman or Bruce Wayne were to be discovered to be the opposition, I think kingpin would immediately be at the advantage. He can act in ways they can’t and will likely try to force mud on them.
Going after Fisk would involve breaking down his empire at the ground level to be sure. The other half would be picking at his influence over the police and institutions. Interdicting their bribes and/or giving them something else to fear would be effective.
I’m reminded of the strategy in GR Wildlands when the chief enforcer had to buy an army against his old boss and his boss hung up the bought general with hundred dollar bills stabbed into him. Fear is worth more than money. Obviously such an act would be out of the question for Batman/Bruce but the lesson could still be retooled and used.
No phantom zone, no Nth metal barrier, no special SCP style cage, just litigation and gaslighting
Batman should also consider working with Spiderman as well. Given Peter's track record with kingpin he's likely to stumble into the situation anyway.
