There is nothing wrong its safer anyways. Granted i have seen amazingly acrylic babies but for me as a collector i prefer ghsp that doesnt make one supior its about the preference

Start by purchasing a cheap Berenguer baby doll from WalMart and practice with it so you won't waste money. You will know right away if you are cut out for it. If you are, purchase a Bountiful Baby kit on sale and go from there! Hope this helps. Keep me updated
By applying many thin layers as opposed to thick layers. Waiting in between layers and giving them a chance to stick to the vinyl helps. I use some of the Outdoor Sealer in with every batch of paint and distilled water that I use. Just a little though.
@lifewithsharonb5138 Yes that's sounds correct, come to think about it I was painting extra thick layers and it cracked as it dried and the vinyl became not as bendable and pliable. Thanks for the advice!

Thank you! I know you can use Silicon paints but they sell sets! I just need to touch up doll face. It would be such a waste of paint set!

Can you use these paints on full silicon dolls?
I am not familiar with that medium - I have never painted a silicone but I would say probably not.
Do you know any other alternatives for folk art varnish? I cannot find this one unfortunately
