I think the reason Ginger's look doesn't work (and I feel like Bob or someone pointed this out) she's so short so putting yourself in scrunchy pants that just make you look even shorter just doesn't work. It reminds me of like when a cartoon character get's squished and becomes an accordion for a minute. While the other queen is thinner she's also taller than Ginger and that's why it could look better.

Yeah I agree with you and I think Darby is correct, too. It looks crazy on Ginger. It doesn't matter if it'd look ok on a taller, thinner queen. Nor does it mean we can't critique it. This outfit is on Ginger and it doesn't look good on her.
I agree with this 100%. I feel even Eureka, who is bigger as well, could pull this look off better then Ginger because she's taller and it would look better on her and not so scrunched up.
@@Marikbeah I think you're right, because on episode 4, Eureka had those ruffled chaps that looked similar to Ginger's rudemption runway, but I didn't mind it on Eureka because she's taller so she didn't look as scrunched up

I think why Ginger's look didn't work was because the pants started too low for someone like Ginger that's really short, and on top of that she had that tiny heel boot on that made her look even shorter. The idea was there, the proportions were bad.
It had nothing to do with her being a big girl, cause we can see on today's episode Eureka did something similar on the pants but they were coming from way up and it looked way better.

i love the minj but honestly i think ginger was wearing an outfit made for a skinny girl but tailored to her body, if she (ginger) was wearing what crimson was wearing it would look good on her because crimson's outfit was proportioned properly with the shoulder cutouts and the color combination, while ginger looked like it was some wrinkly monotone pajamas on the runway and its blue lights.
This is up there with Willam walking out of Snatch Game and leaving a cardboard cutout

I love this season. It’s fascinating to see Rajah do so well while Silky and Akeria flounder. Such a flip from season 11. Overall, the queens did well this episode. I laughed even at the bottom group. I hope Ginger’s runways get better. Pandora probably should have won. She was funny, led a lot of segments, and helped the group so much. Maybe production picked Trinity hoping she’d give a better lip sync against Laganja?
BTW they show who everybody picks in untucked usually

Definitely don't get rid of Cartwright, it tells us exactly what kind of drag to expect. Southern, white, Christian, Republican, woman..... and it's funny.
I think Ginger and Eureka don’t let their body dictate their fashion choices…however Eureka does it more successfully because she knows how to pull off looks that wouldn’t normally be worn by a big queen…usually anyway
