    HI, I've followed through the entire video. I wanted to request if you could start a series for beginners with starting exercises as it gets more and more advanced.
    I used to do karate but got injured and was unable to attend the dojo for 7months. I then moved away and I'm not close to any dojo and yours has been really useful.

    Would love to see a full body workout like this that includes more heavy shoulder motions, I had a problem working my shoulders out, and I think it's very important in order for every muscle to work efficiently.

    Thank you very much... I performed your 30 min martial art workout in the past for like 3 weeks and wow I really did reap some results *^*, but then outputs and school activities came where I only had limited time and only performing 3 types of workout 40 pushup, 40 curlups and 40 squats but tomorrow I'll be doing this. Thank You Very Much for your help :)

    Jake with the round house kicks turn your hip in more. It helps. Like with a side kick. Push your hip forward to in front of you.
    Btw I got my red belt in Taekwondo 3 days ago I am so happy. 😆

    Doubt this will be seen by you but, thank you for this video. I have not made time or saved money for traditional classes over the last few years. I've really missed doing martial arts. Since then I just do generic cardio exercises to stay and get more fit.
    Today I decided to see if there was something that mixed the two and I was presently surprised by this video.
    I hope there are many more on your page.

    Wow I was tired just watching you jake 😂 I actually thought the warm up was the workout you are a good teacher jake you really explain the process well and motivate people it's a good energy i feel coming from you i am ex British army and I am suffering with ptsd, anxiety and depression and i have alot of arthritis problems in most of my joints i really feel motivated to start trying to exercise again and would love to learn your martial arts techniques do you have any suggestions for me to start with i know getting some exercise and motivation from you will really help my condition especially with the depression after leaving the forces my life kind of fell apart and I attempted suicide by drinking drain cleaner and luckily I was found by my ex partner and got the treatment that saved me but recently im feeling more and more lonely and depressed and I don't want to get to a point where I am thinking about ending my life again i just have nothing to focus on any suggestions would be really appreciated thanks for the work you do every day to help us better ourselves i loved the series you did about moving to canada showing us you and nicole building the yurt i wish I could live like that anyway thanks again jake all the best

    02:10 - how is it ever effective to kick without turning outwards with the other foot?
    That doesn't matter wether it is for exercise or actual fighting that you have to open up your hip by turning the other foot outwards...

    Dude again I appreciate you're fitness level athleticism and martial skill but as we know there are over 400 known systems of kung fu i don't even know if that incorporates family styles. You can't know all of them bc each takes a lifetime to master so what's what mace?

    Hey jake. I recently learned the meaning of kung fu and I want to say that your kung fu is strong. Your applications of your styles and your katas are very odd but you clearly have kung fu.
