I like 6in knives or 10in personally. I do have the 8in and they do the job. I got the hatches to and i think the bottle opener is a horrible addition. I wish they would get rid of it, I'll be filling mine in. And never throw anything black if you want it back!
I'm thinking maybe it's for legal reasons? Only 4" blades are allowed to be carried in my state. How do you measure blade on a throwing knife? I never see blade length listed.
There are two different knife carry laws. One for folding knives and one for fixed blades. Your 4" blade law is most likely for folding knives. Fixed blades like throwing knives are more complicated. Most states it's not about the fixed blade length its that a fixed blade knife can't be concealed. Most states you can't really carry throwing knives, its up to the cops discretion on what you are doing with it. I plan on making a video breaking down all the knife carry laws. Thanks for visiting the channel.
I have been trying with these for DAYS and I haven’t been able to hit more than 1 out of 20. I have some m-48 throwing knives that I can hit much better with. Don’t know why It’s so hard to land with these
What kind of target are you using? Because these are light and don't have much weight to them, you need a soft wood target. Also, if you are new to throwing, it is going to take some time to get the feel for it.
