How To Bake A Baileys Cheesecake

  • Hello everybodyand i have another great bake for you all. Christmas is almost upon us so I thought I would show you another classic Christmas treat. I'm baking a boozy and indulgent Baileys Cheesecake, it's Gorgeous! This cheesecake consists of a buttery and crunchy biscuit base, a smooth and creamy Baileys mousse-like cream top, and then finished with some tasty flakes of chocolate and macadamia nuts.
    Ingredients :
    • 400g Crushed Digestive Biscuits
    • 150g Unsalted Butter
    • 250ml Double Cream
    • 800g Plain Cream Cheese
    • 160g Icing Sugar
    • 50g Decent quality Chocolate (80%+ cocoa)
    • 70ml - 140ml Baileys Irish Cream
    • 60g Macadamia Nuts
    --
    • 7-7 Inch spring form Tin
