Canada is not harbouring Khalistan Criminals. The Khalistan Guerilla War started in 1954, and Indian Security Forces have already killed upwards of 50,000 Sikhs. Canadian Judges can not deport a person back to their home country if there exists a possibility of that person's life being at risk.
India can ask for Sikhs back all they want, but they have already murdered so many of them , no chance the Canadian Court will be sending any back to India.
