It all started by internal politics between Punjab government and congress around 1970. Then sikh suffered mostly as an outcome. Then the biggest trigger was attack on golden temple and accused never got punished and still roaming around freely under political parties protection.
There is still hundreds of sikh in jails. They all ready severed their jail times but never released by government. How come it is justice.
