I often find myself coming back to watch this, and every time, Luthien on her knees at the feet of Mandos, begging "Please, listen to my song" gives me chills and makes me tear up. Edit: Given that this is your first, you have potential. You capture so much emotion in her face, it's amazing. If you ever polish this up a bit more, I'd love to see it. This makes me really want to see a Beren and Luthien animated movie.

This is absolutely brilliant. It's exactly how I imagine a trailer for a Lay of Leithian movie would play out. The only downside is that the movie it makes me want to watch doesn't exist.

Holy Illuvetar! This was amazing! I loved how you brought in so many key elements of the story. Even the music choice was superb. Literally called "yearning hearts" couldn't be better! Bravo truly! I found it esspecially brilliant how you used Luthiens dancing towards the end as like "shot reverse shot" to herself as she is kneeling in front of Morgoth. You also brought out the warmth and calm of Beren and the cheeky and wild nature of Luthien with only a few frames in their faces! Once more brava Adwen ^^
