Baroque improvisation for Guitar

Ted Greene inspired guitar playing baroque style. I learned this by studying species counterpoint, if you like this style of playing try to learn it, its is super fun when you get the hang of it. This improvisation has some mistakes but i wanted to post something, hope you like it. :)

Hi Johnathan, have you ever tried this technique on nylon strings? That would be an interesting video. I myself am contemplating the idea of playing nylon strings but I feel attached to the electric guitar.

I have tried a little bit on a nylon guitar, and I thought about making a video where I play one. Sadly I don't have a nylon guitar where I am now, but I might ask a friend to borrow one to make a video :)

Ive studied species counterpoint and i use that as a base for my improvisation. Species counterpoint is a compositional technique that was used for teach composers to write polyphonic music in the baroque era. there are 5 different species you can practice.
