That is great info and does work , however one you use eaglevision/ fx no limits and raise that back the values change the further along the barrel . The tin foil and pin hole system works best for scope height .
Awesome vid, thanks. Just setup my strelockpro for my impact. A on slugs and B on JSB 25.39gr pellets. Hopefully I can test it after lockdown. Tomorrow is my Crown Data. Hehehe more interesting stuff to play with

Strelok pro also has an "inclinometer" (?) build in. Click on the slope angle and point the phone towards the target and it will bring the slope into consideration for the longer shots.

Another one. I see in your videos you use hold over for longer shots. At which distance do you zero the scope and why? Why not using the turret clicks to adjust for distance?

Nice informative video.....ive got a question with regard to the speed of the pellet, i am using an air rifle which is not regulated, obviously there is a power curve, so which pellet speed should i enter on the app as the pellet speed will vary significantly... Ronald >>>Limpopo
Thanks Ronald. Bud this is going to be difficult to explain over text but im going to try. You wil have to shoot a full shot string and write everything down. Then you have to look how many of the shots on that curve are closest to each other with this method you will get like 30 or 40 usable shots. It mugr be more as the newer guns of today are better than in the past. So let say you fill the gun up and you shoot and the fist few shots are between 840fps and 860fps then it will peak from 860fps to 880fps and back to 860fps(30 to 40 shot) then it goes down rapidly again. Those few consistent shots are the ones you are going to use to find your average fps. Also make not of your pressure so you know how much to fill next time. The is no need to fill it up all the way if your guns best fps only starts at say 220bar. What gun do you have? Do you have Instagram of Facebook?

I was waiting to see how to select and set up a target from the list...can't seem to get it to show on my app & you did not cover that.
Does a tilted scope affect the numbers ? Because the pellet doesnt hit the target with strelok settings starting from 70m+
No it shouldn't. If you have measured your scope hight like showed in the video then it should be fine. Make sure of your velocity and also your pellets BC.

Thanks if you are unsure about your reticle try to contact the developer he normally respond quickly
Much easier to measure the centerline of the scope mount to the middle of the barrel from the side of the rifle. Easy peazy
But more accurate if you do it the way i showed. Especially if you have elevation rings

Great video, thanks! When I setup my app the holdover at distance beyond my 25m zero distance seems to be inverted. Tells me to hold under the target at 50m when surely it should be above. Any suggestions?

I cannot setup Strelok as my reticle is not in the list. I contacted Boris and he wants the subtensions of the reticle. I get no reply from Discovery-optics. Where can I get info on the Discovery VT-R 4-16X42 SFIR reticle? Thanks
Do you still have the box of the scope? The reticle is in your manual
What if my scope is tilted forward with the no limit mounts? Does the angle make a difference ?
The way i explained on how to measure everything will take everything into consideration so it will work fine

My head is absolutely not works for all those calculations, anyone knows what is my vertical and horizontal clicks value ? My scope is: hawke sidewinder 8-32x56 SF 20x half mil dot IR with click value 1/4 MOA.
Look on your turrets the value is written on the turrets its not that difficult
So what to do when you have a moderator/silencer on, an it changes the point of impact???
Take it off your silencer will change your poi because i mighr be heavy
@@AirGunnerSA 😆 yes but then there is no point in buying on, must be the same in your case to everyone has silencer
@@78primdahl you POI wil shit only when you take the silencer of. Your silencer is probably heavy and bending the barrel down. This will do nothing to the settings so if you zero your gun with the silencer and take it off you will just have to go a few clicks up on the scope your settings stay the same
