Peperonata cooked in a pan 😋 quick and easy side dish, to be served hot or cold 🍽 classic recipe, light and without potatoes.

Ingredients (for 2/3 portions):
400 g peppers (of various colors)
200 g tomatoes
1/2 golden onion
40 ml olive oil
a few basil leaves
qb fine salt
