- Today we are taking a look at the brand new Marvel Legends Iron Man (Extremis)! He isn't perfect but I do like him quite a bit! This version of Tony is one of his best and its essential for a comic Civil War display!

The goatee of the Gamerverse Tony is actually comic-accurate. He only dropped the goatee in favor of the pencil mustache for a few issues before dropping the Extremis Armor altogether due to Secret Invasion. But for most of the armor's run, including its debut storyline and Civil War, Tony did have a goatee.
extremis goes best with the 80th cap. Cap had the dark navy during civil war
And just use that new shield that gonna come with the updated Bucky Captain America and then… Boom! Perfect!
And yet haven’t seen any UA-cam reviewer compare the 2

Gotta cop this. Gonna have the usual problems I have with Legends but it's one of my favorite armors. Gonna try the ANAD Tony head on this body. They gotta do Bleeding Edge and Superior Armors next.
Iron Man has had a lot of dope modern armors since the 2000s. Extremis is probably my favorite. Now we need a new black and gold marvel now Iron Man
This armor is definitely another one of my favorites because the suit reminds me of the Avengers film Iron Man armor and even though I do not have him, I will get the Alex Ross style Model 70 Iron Man for my Iron Man armory, Fantastic review overall Wade.

Finally my favorite armor! Mine has some chipping on his face plate but besides that still very happy with it! Would have loved more accessories and some ab crunch or more movement in the torso but still a great figure. Might pick up another one to customize! Great review brother! Keep them coming! 😁😁
this extremis iron man remake just screams "collectible". i feel like it would go so well in my room on my setup, especially with the exact pose he had him in at 1:45

I think the best cap to go with this Ironman for a civil war setup is the 80th anniversary Captain America
Take a really fine tip Gundam markee to it. Makes it look 100 times better
Just picked up this figure yesterday and hit it with the Gundam marker the second I got home. I’ve used it on many of my figures and it really does make them look so much better
I love the head swap, that's what I do with ML figures when I play with them 👍

I just think he looks too gappy in the hip, kind of weird. I loved how you presented the articulation and how you worked on posing him and all
I'm thinking the "Invincible Iron Man" head sculpt might look more proportionate on this body (still waiting on mine from Amazon). Disappointed that they did not use the articulated neck joint system in conjunction with the disc hinge like they did on the Model 70 figure. Then you'd have no trouble with the heroic pose keeping his head on the ball peg. Great review as always. ✌✌

Nice job with the pose. I didnt want to watch yours until I did mine, I got it about the same but didn;t cheat the head. Also, I have an Alex Klein head sculpt coming up, so if you're so inclined check it out soon!

Imo this whole wave was really solid
I was waiting so much for great ML extremis iron man. and I really like how he looks. IMO this armor is more thiner like this armor is literally on his skin. And is more combat armor I think. I like the painting looks more realistic I guess than comic booky like iron man model 70.
If it comes to accessories well he could have more but what should he have he has and I'm not mad.
And articulation is fine for me. Now we will have to wait for Pentagon armor which is on the side of the box XD they got the armor wrong. Because what we have as artwork is the earlier armor just before extremis.

Maaaan the more I see reviews of this one the more it's a disappointment to me. Idk maybe I had my hopes up so high and the old one just means a lot to me. i will get him sooner or later but I'm still super stoked for when they do Iron Patriot on this body. Imagine them doing a Gargan style Venom/ black suit Spiderman and a new Daken too, oh sheeeeet that would be wicked sick!! Slappin review as always bro!

If Hasbro releases a Marvel Legend...I don't make it a necessity to buy it but when I watch your reviews and see how awesome you pose those figures...I end up making it mandatory to buy that figure lol prime example is this video.
But yeah, on another point; I am disappointed that Hasbro seems to barely give any new or extra accessories anymore. Too cheap for no reason :/

I really don’t like that they used AWSOME art of a completely different armor for the packaging. The figure is based off of what iron man looked like in the civil war comic, but the art is from him in the iron man extremis storyline. They are two completely different armors, and I’m so disappointed that they didn’t make the true extremis iron man instead of this guy.

This iron man needs a double ball peg for the head. If hasbro actually knew how they worked, he would be looking up and not sideways down
Height wise he looks okay. But his legs are too long and his torso is too short. Its throwing his proportions off. You can really see it when he's between the other 2 IM figures.
wish they implemented the dr doom torso articulation with the diaphram joint more often. this figure couldve definitely benefited that kind of articulation
