    Thank you Kristi I appreciate you and your videos, you give me more confidence, been in the real world for only a year and this year will be my second year, doubt myself a lot and loose confidence quick, again thank you for being so thorough❤️

    Soo I’ve also been using blondeme for like a decade. I recently bought a bag of Joico blonde life and am shocked how similar they are! I actually love it. I don’t have to add any water to my formula anymore for swelling like blonde me. Sometimes I just have to step out of my comfort zone and am so glad I did. Blondme will still be my OG tho but you should seriously try out blonde life! Amazing! Still need to add Olaplex tho even tho they say it has bonder in it. I don’t trust any bleach with bonder claims after trying it without Olaplex once. Anyway I’m rambling. Love these vids Kristi!!

      I have to agree with you on this ! Love the joico blonde life !!! I also enjoy how you can also use it for surface painting by just switching up the developer to powder ratio :)

    Im that person! I need to wear gloves more. The toner doesn’t irritate me but ofc the lightner does. Legit breaks open & cuts my skin & it gets all red. I’m so stubborn 😭🤣 also, LOVED this! I would have put way too much work into to probably over lighten her. I’m so happy you started making videos! I loveeee💞

    I think this video describes me to the T !!! I’m dark brunette (but have had two sessions at salon and still not the lift or level where I want to be.) I like the dark root look with bright pieces and ends

    Gorgeous....nice and warm, not brassy. That's what I need. The salon I've been going to for years, I had been hair done in January, wanted the grey to blend as it grows out. My hair is a bleached, brassy mess right now. Looks yellow, brassy, and some golden tones on my brown hair. Lol

      Oh no! You can always go in for a tone down! That's simple, no bleaching but help eliminate brassiness....

    How do you deal with getting all the back combing out easily? I use high quality conditioners & I still find myself spending 10-15 minutes combing It out. My last client wasn’t head sore but she got really irritated & impatient ...

    • @hairbykristijennings6648
      @hairbykristijennings6648  3 роки тому +10

      I have spent 45+ combing out.... it is what it is I guess. When the client complains I just let them know, we don't have to back comb but just expect your color to look like basic foils with harsh lines and less blending causing heavier grow out. That usually shuts them up. I also remind them, hey no skin off my back if we don't back comb, I'd prefer it since it causes so much pain in wrist and shoulders, but we don't have to, it's for your benefit not mine...... I honestly can't stand when people get irritated. I always just put it back on them and they usually get the picture.....

      I use dry texture spray to hold the tease so I don't have to backcomb as much. It shampoos out so detangling is a bit easier.

    I know sometimes you tone with the Paul Mitchell Demi, and sometimes you use the igora vibrance; so is their specific circumstances that you use one over the other?
    And, if so, which one would you choose if you could only you use 1 line in your salon?

    • @kms1062
      @kms1062 3 роки тому

      I see in another video that you say that the Paul Mitchell is more transparent, but could you use clear in the igora formula to make more transparent?

    Wear gloves if you want to keep your hands from aging. I'm a retired hairdresser having worked for over 40 years. My face looks years younger than my hands.

    Почему вы не работаете на длинной фольге или с планшетом?
    Работа абсолютно некачественная
    Балаяж или мелирование набирается сзади, потому что пока вы все наберете, впереди волосы сгорят, потому что там температура тела выше, или нужно смывать раньше, чего на видео вы не сделали.
    Да и на корне делается Только подчес, и не начесывается прикорневая зона
