    Brilliant explanation, and practical, clear steps for treatment. Thank you so much! I am much more hopeful and motivated to deal with this PsA.
    It started out, as you mention, as lupus, morphed into RA, then the latest rheumatologist calls it PsA. Thank you for explaining the cause, and how I can reasonably treat it.
    This is a pivotal day in my healing.

    This may be the most densely packed and comprehensive interview I’ve ever seen on the topic of the microbiome! I’m fairly knowledgeable on the microbiome, but man, did I still learn quite a lot from this! Will be worth re listens.
    Kiran is a fountain of wisdom and knowledge concerning the topic; Wow! Looks like I’ve got some studies to read and extra things to be implementing for my gut health now 😁

    Amazing interview thank you! My 12 yo daughter has EDS, SIBO, severe POTS - obviously she has dysbiosis if she has SIBO .... but I'm not sure if that's the cause of her chronic illness or not. She's so so tired :( I'm doing A LOT of this already but going to try your spores and prebiotics. Can the prebiotics feed the bad bacteria?

    • @RheumatoidSolutions
      @RheumatoidSolutions  8 місяців тому +1

      She's on binders which I give a few nights/week only, as well as B12 shots, methylated folate, antioxidants from the book The Antioxidant Miracle, 3 types of magnesium and a few other bits. I make home fermented yogurt with the L Reuterii recommended by Dr. William Davis which she has each day and I give her an elemental drink by Dr Ruscio, she eats zero processed foods no grains very little sugar. We are also doing photobiomodulation with a very powerful light I just purchased. We lease a pony so we get out in nature 5 days/wk - at the stable - brushing her, riding her, socialising with people at the barn which gets her out as otherwise, she's home as too ill for school for 6 yrs now. I've ordered a vibration plate trying to get her lymph moving.....and now I'll use your spore probiotics and the prebiotics....I certainly hope something turns this ship around soon! It has been YEARS but the past 4 months I've gotten very serious about all of it! We also use a vagus nerve stimulator and prioritize sleep above all else. @@RheumatoidSolutions

      Why do you think Dr. Pimental says they do? So many people think probiotics make SIBO worse. My daughter has been on them about 2 weeks now with the gut fibre one - so far nothing. Does it take 3 months? She's very sick and during January, has gotten worse. @@RheumatoidSolutions

    So less microbiome, less human? That's a hell of a statement. Also, I think you see more RA in Urban than rural areas because there are a butt-load more people in urban areas and less medical in rural--and certainly less folks that go to a doctor in rural. Heartier more stoic folks. And a Rheumatologist on every block in a city versus one every few hundred miles--if that--in the country. I wish I had the ability to know what a cell thinks. Kiran, you rival Upledger.

    • @RheumatoidSolutions
      @RheumatoidSolutions  Рік тому +4

      They are not. Lectins are a non issue. Focus on microbial balance in the gut and mouth, these areas are where the crux of the issue lies.
