- This video is a vlog of a productive(ish) day in the summer holidays 2017 where I completed schoolwork and English A level coursework in the morning before catching up with my friend Jack who I met on NCS last year for a walk in preparation for my practise Gold DofE expedition. I hope you enjoy!!

It's funny as I'm going into year 10 and stressing about stuff, but Jade is going into year 13 and looks so relaxed. I mean it seems like she has a lot to do but just gets on with it, unlike me who worries about how long it'll all take to finish and I find myself procrastinating when I have work to do.
Can you make a video about your DofE? I would be very interested in your experience ( a similar video like the one about the NCS )

I have just watched your video titled "who even am I?" and I think you are the most inspirational person I have seen on UA-cam and possibly in life - when you said that you are known as the clever kid I could completely relate. I have also had this happen to me and I cannot count the occasions on one hand when throughout my life people have said "I got higher than Ava, this is the proudest moment of my life" and I completely agree with you on how upsetting and degrading this has been for me. And on many occasions I have come home and sat in my mums arms, crying whilst those people go about their lives not realising how deeply their comments have affected me. However I also take your outlook on kindness and very much try to remain pleasant to all companies. I would just like to thank you for letting me know that I am not alone in this. On a slightly lighter note I absolutely love your videos and I find them incredibly encouraging, fun and uplifting - so continue to do what you do and help so many people as you have done me to realise their worth and potential xxx ps- I know I have commented this on many platforms but just want to make sure that you see it and are able to know how much you've helped me and how much appreciate it!

Good luck with your DofE 😊 My Bronze expedition was the weekend before my chemistry exam! So we literally had a "chem tent" where you could go into and revise. Thankfully one girl brought a text book so we were all huddled revising around that 😂
I mean for me a lot of year 13 had stressful moments but the one time where I was fully like meltdown stressed was just before christmas when it was the last week of term and the final draft of english coursework had to be handed in and it was also mock week so i had seven exams in the five day week as well and everything just came at once and it was ridiculous so I deffo feel your english coursework pain and I think its good your school have started it earlier as we didn't have our questions until like after october half term

Jade, if you end up seeing this you should look into the 'no poo' method it's a bit unconventional. It's pretty much training your hair to go without washing, the initial stages are kind of gross but once you get through it you save a lot of time in the morning. Regardless I love your videos they're always so motivating, Thank you.
Hey Jade, I have just finished my English Lit A level and the way I tackled the coursework is by doing a paragraph at a time, so I didn't feel burdened. It also helped when arranging what paragraph goes where etc in the final draft. x
Watching jade be productive and doing fun things while I'm laying in bed refusing to get up. Aight.

Why do you do your A Level coursework during the summer? When I was at school we did all our texts during the first term and then spent the whole of the second term doing coursework. The final term was for revision and reminding ourselves of the text we did in Michaelmas term.
