He drove a logging truck, and had driven by my home many times. He said "There was a black lab that would lay out on the highway in the sun, and she wouldn't move for anything, just sat there wagging her tail, so I would honk at her". That was my dog, and I remember yelling at my dog to get off the road when I heard the truck horn.
Not true - He abandoned her for her whole life, then picked it up, so so late in life - only when it suited him. It's sad she agreed to even meet this so called 'dad' - he's a user (again).
