Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. I promise, that's going to be way more fun to look at everyday", I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

No one has chains on people in Cape Town. If they believe in themselves and desire to enjoy the best that Cape Town has to offer, then they will take the actionable steps to attain that lifestyle. However, if they pretend they are victims with no options to advance educationally, professionally or in business to earn high career salaries, then yes they will stay stunted where they are and never ascend in their personal development. Any boy sitting in science class at this moment could become a chemist, biologist or medical doctor if he believes in himself. This will be no one’s fault but their own. Especially a beautiful woman, her looks alone, combined with class and elegance, can elevate her to the league that wealthy men seek as their wives. Her looks alone qualify her. So remember this ladies, you are not meant to be a worker mules for a poor, unambitious man who does not appreciate you. Rebuke the struggle life. Men and women, embrace the No victim mentality. Stay discerning. ❤️💫🌍

Government and municipalities should run sponsored buses and tours. That's what other countries do. Every municipality gets a budget to give opportunities to the disadvantaged. Like swimming lessons. Days out. Problem is this budget comes from taxes on the working. Too many are not working. It's easy to scapegoat the middle and upper classes but actually they are contributing according to income. It is up to Government to create jobs and to do that it must be trustworthy enough to for businesses to invest and in so doing create jobs. The ANC is not that unfortunately.

About the food cost here in Cape Town, it honestly depends on where you maybe shop and foods you tend to eat. I would say R100 per person per meal is a bit expensive considering you are not eating out. Thanks for sharing Steven! I remember reading about Capetown SA when I was in high school. It was a few years after SA free election and President Nelson Mandela was in power. I was super shocked to learn how Dutch segregated native Africans in the land. I’m forever grateful for being the strange “nerd” girl because National Geography and Ebony/Jet magazines among many others kept me abreast of the world.

Please note, house prices in Cape Town is ridiculously high !!! Compared to Johannesburg, because it’s coastal. Fuel in Johannesburg is 10 cents more expensive because it’s inland, which will make your shopping more expensive than Cape Town.
As for crime, just my opinion, I have never experienced crime in Johannesburg as the crime in Johannesburg is more high profile I think, in Cape Town there’s more petty crime compared to Johannesburg. However, Cape Town does have a gang problem and it depends where you live in Cape Town

Great job bro! I love the vid and most of what was covered I'd say is accurate with the exception of the crime rate. Crime and specifically violent crime is extremely high in Cape Town. For tourists within the CBD and perhaps the outskirts of the CBD or tourist hotspots, yeah, there you'll find lots of security and police patrol, even civilian clothed undercover cops. Ask yourself why there is so much security?
Once you come to the Cape Flats you'll understand. Our people live in abject poverty with a government that once stood for the people, now are the very criminals that the people need to be protected from. Widespread government corruption with little to no accountability. Just take a look at our electricity crises which was completely avoidable as they knew about it even back then when Mandela and the ANC took over.
I agree with the lady who spoke about how foreigners make a living for themselves, coming over with so little and now are living better than the locals because we, as the locals have been so conditioned to believe that we can't or to accept that there are no opportunities.
Anyways, I believe that we can and will turn this nation around and back to godly principles and that justice would prevail.
I love my country; I love my city. I had and still have the opportunity to leave the country and make a better life for myself and my family like so many others have done. If we all do that then who will stay and stand up for this nation, for the vulnerable? Nah, I think I'll choose to stay and try and do my bit to make a difference.

I just visited and found it to be so so so beautiful. However, the severe economic disparity was very vary scary and sad. South Africa has the best of everything but the socio economic situation and the continued segregation seems dangerous.
You can see the segregation when you go to nice restaurants and coffee places. You only see Whyte people in these nice places. Blak people mostly seem to eat at fast food places. It is also weird to see that people of different races don't socialize or even talk much to each other.

I understand the psychological damage done by the colonists because I am a descendant of slaves from Jamaica and I lived for most of my life in the USA.
