Hello freinds, today i introducing to you a my new ic chip rinder. The best part is that no incenaration of chip, only simple direct grind.Lets make gold!!!
Hi Dusan you can add a vacuum cleaner to your bin with paper dust bag and then proses the bag like your shows and when you have your final powder put in bucket of water and use a magnet to take steel out and not loose gold
@@CruiserMac yeah im on it with first available date lol tough this one looks promising and it does nice job tough totally t different way of cutting in here comparing to mine have one similar to that one in plans and need to find some steam cooking pot with a lock on cover and for the cutting element will use an angle grinder and for the blade not sure yet either solid like here or chain spinning but will be much smaller than that anyway wee will see as I find the time for it
Just a thought... You could build a dust collector out of a vacuum pump or strong shopvac that could pull the dust into/through a water trap that way if any gold dust got out you could recover it painlessly
Good videos, but if you incinerate the chips properly, there should not be any smoke. Smoke is nothing more than gases that burn nicely with proper setup. When I incinerate, there is no smoke, and the windows are whole and easy to separate.
Interesting, This is not what I imagined. I thought it would be crushing rollers. I would make a gasket for the cover to seal the holes. You can use silicon caulking.
I would have still carbonised the chips. Yes, there are gases but three of them will condense into liquid: Diesel, Kerosene, Petrol and benzene gas. Now, don't get me wrong I think that the three liquids still require additional purification but I don't have it. I know if you let it sit it will create a wax that has to be removed. Anyhow, the chips and the broken up PCB boards after a carbonisation process is much easier to converted to a powder. When that is done the easiest way is to feed in the powder into a plastic tube. On the sides of the plastic tube is magnets. When you place the power in the top it will fall through a metric or so of magnets it will pass that will pull that to the sides and the rest will in up a bucket below. Every so often you will have to remove the magnets when over a ferrous bowl. You will end up with ferrous and non-ferrous bowls. The non-ferrous as you know you would run through a blue bowl or shaker table. Remember to remove the copper heat spreaders in the grinding process. At this point our procedure splits. I prefer to use electroplating to remove copper, tin, zinc, etc and yes there is an easy way to remove gold and silver from an alloy using this method. It just takes longer and this is why allot don't do it this way I think. But you can recover allot of metal and save on the acid cost of Nitric in the long run. So, I would recover all but nickle, iron and steel as the resale rate is very low if at all. Just checked and it's around £162 a tonne. It's just not profitable anymore to scrape it as I haven't looked since 1970's.
Postoji MNOGO jednostavniji mlin za čipove! Živim u nemačkoj, ali idem kući u srbiju u augustu. Ako želiš, možemo se naći! Imam oko 400kg IC-a i još mnogo toga za preradu. Demontirao sam oko 5000 računara.... Poz, Zolika
Dusan, what do you do with the glass dies and the fibers that are left over? Do you keep them or do they get trashed? I’m worried I might lose any gold in them.
That is so cool man, My question is how much gold and silver can you get from ic chips ? coz I do have 10 kilos of them, but I don't know if work the time, Thank man..
Are you trying to sell them or just donating? I’m probably 2 years or so before I complete the sorting and processing of the cache I found of industrial boards. I’ll pay the shipping and add them to my pile if you’re just looking to get rid of them.
Hi Martin from the nederlands here Nice machine like your video's i have a quistion i just begon electronica now i proccest some bga gold corner chips and smal memory card bga I think i didnt completed they step with nitric acid so my aqua regia was very dark en the drop very weird after a few minits a had white on the botum and yellow gold flakkes floting on top after drainig i had brown white and purple residu in they when i shaked of or went all white can you te il me what to do because there must be 10 15 gram of gold in there thanks and looking forward to your next video
Hi 999Dusan. Great video. Please stay safe and healthy and take care of yourself and your family members. To all members also. Talk to you later my friend. ☺☺☺😇😇😇
put a damp rag along front seam watch the mbmmllc guy theres nothing that says you have to do any of that dry while in trashcan add water and run magnet through then then rerun again make a shaker table mill then shaker table
Im getting burried in laptops, computer monitors, keyboards, cords and plugs. Anyone want to purchase any for a small amount? I also have over 100 depopulated mother boards and other chips too.
Halleluyah, we been waiting for you to stop burning stuff :). I LOVE the setup!!!!!!! Safety first! You need a fucking respirator tho dude, you can even pick the dust metal with acid after but not from your lungs.
Brilliant design... Gives me inspiration to use my old gas push mower. Thank you again sir!

Nice setup. You did a good job.
Thumbs UP
Purdy good. Not too loud. Well balanced. Maybe a shopvac will help with the dust.
Looks like it is doing the job !
Fantastic results Tim from Australia .
It ground up pretty well.
Have a Great Day My Friend!
interesting well done 👍😀👍 my guess to drill a few small holes in top plexi cover will improve a bit of sucking inside motion of materials
Better re-visit the lathe chip grinder Rafal !

@@RafalScrapper I keep thinking a ball mill would really be the way to pulverize them! Would probably be quite loud though.
It’s always nice to run into awesome people 👊🏻
@@CruiserMac all of that thingy is crazy loud
Thanks for sharing that beast! 😉👍
Great idea! 👍✌
This is very cool 👍🏻 I was thinking about a chain-mill, but this is very nicely made. Keep it up!

Lot of effort my friend. Keep going...

Yeah a bit of silicon there to seal it would do well, you can see the dust in the air and it's literaly the worst.
Very Nice 👍
hope you are feeling better my friend
Very nice.
Clever, very clever, l like how you think mate
Nice
This is kick ass!
Always on top
Nice video

Nice Rig , ggz
Nice video man!
Try using foam window seals around the gaps.
Good effort Dusan
Good job
Very good
Alô Brasil. Tito
Gold is heavy I wouldn’t worry too much about it flying out through those little tiny holes probably just plastic and aluminum floating around

smart usally i use a ball mill might try to make this

Sup Dusan let's make some tests if it's more effective than burning chips, ok dude?
Can u just wrap a screen around the mesh you have for smaller holes until u get new one.
How did you make the blade?
That is so cool man,
My question is how much gold and silver can you get from ic chips ? coz I do have 10 kilos of them, but I don't know if work the time,

i have a few pounds of IC chips, let me send them to you

William Bennett I’d like him to make a video of refining them. I’m willing to donate and pay shipping
@@AXLAXHENNE gotcha. I’ve got a bunch and I’m going to have enough I think I’m going to separate the ceramic from the plastic molded even.
👍

mate did you wash and rinse the entire dust several times (swami nair on refining forum)
Hi my friend. Are you burn the ic or not?
Can you put fly screen around the smaller screen?
I sent those pics you get em?
