    Hi Dusan you can add a vacuum cleaner to your bin with paper dust bag and then proses the bag like your shows and when you have your final powder put in bucket of water and use a magnet to take steel out and not loose gold

    Purdy good. Not too loud. Well balanced. Maybe a shopvac will help with the dust.

    interesting well done 👍😀👍 my guess to drill a few small holes in top plexi cover will improve a bit of sucking inside motion of materials

      @@CruiserMac yeah im on it with first available date lol tough this one looks promising and it does nice job tough totally t different way of cutting in here comparing to mine have one similar to that one in plans and need to find some steam cooking pot with a lock on cover and for the cutting element will use an angle grinder and for the blade not sure yet either solid like here or chain spinning but will be much smaller than that anyway wee will see as I find the time for it

      @@RafalScrapper I keep thinking a ball mill would really be the way to pulverize them! Would probably be quite loud though.

    Just a thought... You could build a dust collector out of a vacuum pump or strong shopvac that could pull the dust into/through a water trap that way if any gold dust got out you could recover it painlessly

    Good videos, but if you incinerate the chips properly, there should not be any smoke.
    Smoke is nothing more than gases that burn nicely with proper setup.
    When I incinerate, there is no smoke, and the windows are whole and easy to separate.

    Interesting, This is not what I imagined. I thought it would be crushing rollers. I would make a gasket for the cover to seal the holes. You can use silicon caulking.

    • @bitsofeverything8385
      @bitsofeverything8385 3 роки тому +1

      Yeah a bit of silicon there to seal it would do well, you can see the dust in the air and it's literaly the worst.

    I would have still carbonised the chips. Yes, there are gases but three of them will condense into liquid: Diesel, Kerosene, Petrol and benzene gas. Now, don't get me wrong I think that the three liquids still require additional purification but I don't have it. I know if you let it sit it will create a wax that has to be removed. Anyhow, the chips and the broken up PCB boards after a carbonisation process is much easier to converted to a powder. When that is done the easiest way is to feed in the powder into a plastic tube. On the sides of the plastic tube is magnets. When you place the power in the top it will fall through a metric or so of magnets it will pass that will pull that to the sides and the rest will in up a bucket below. Every so often you will have to remove the magnets when over a ferrous bowl. You will end up with ferrous and non-ferrous bowls. The non-ferrous as you know you would run through a blue bowl or shaker table. Remember to remove the copper heat spreaders in the grinding process.
    At this point our procedure splits. I prefer to use electroplating to remove copper, tin, zinc, etc and yes there is an easy way to remove gold and silver from an alloy using this method. It just takes longer and this is why allot don't do it this way I think. But you can recover allot of metal and save on the acid cost of Nitric in the long run. So, I would recover all but nickle, iron and steel as the resale rate is very low if at all. Just checked and it's around £162 a tonne. It's just not profitable anymore to scrape it as I haven't looked since 1970's.
