Amazing help. Loved the story flowchart map at the start, insanely helpful. Really love your tip on playing the mob boss as scary. You have earned yourself a subscriber as I will be dropping by before running anything now ❤

Glad you like them, there really is some great 1920s gangster stuff out there, including crime scenes taking from above

Great breakdown of this scenario. My group had a lot of fun with it, as part of our campaign. They were indebted to the Boston mob after they interfered in some illegal business accidentally, and I had this framed as a job that's both serving their debt, but also is to show that the small things are being watched, even in a gang war when there's a shortage of manpower. I ran this in parallel with Blackwater Creek, which I ran as a one shot, with some of my regular players and some guests, and that gave a really nice Sliding Doors kind of dynamic.
The idea of baptising the players at the cult meeting is really nice. I was a little sneaky and hid some small bluetooth speakers under the table, and once the chanting started, I hit play and freaked my players out.
This was the first scenario to claim one of our PCs (from a Fumbled First Aid role from another PC), and I gave one of the gangsters over as a replacement. It was one of the best things to happen to our group, as our mild mannered schoolteacher became a mob enforcer, who refused to take any orders from the rest of the group, since he was bigger than them and had a gun. The rest of the group kept trying to force him into the dangerous situations to get rid of him, which led to probably our best ever session in terms of RP

Is there any links between this scenario and None More Black , specifically the Irish mobsters in Arkham?

Not that i know of, but if you dig out the Arkham source book from 6th you might find some linking names, there is nothing stopping you making them one and the same tho, that would be a great tie in.
