This game is trash pure p2w that's why in the first 2 weeks the game lost over 160k players dont get fooled by the good looking graphics its all a scam.
it's not really pay to win, it's pay to get ahead quickly but only for a month or so, free to play players have no problems creating decent builds and competing with paying players. Even if you pay thousands of dollars in this game, no individual is better than a zerg, so it's actually more important to be in a competitive guild, being active and contributing rather than being an individual whale.
People like you have no idea what you're talking about. You can buy anything with currency earned by simply playing the game. That is not P2W. You also argue that players left because of what you claim to be P2W. Has it occured to you that they might have left because it wasn't what they expected? The game lost players, but that's entirely normal after release. In fact, this is the one of the few Asian MMOs who has still managed to keep afloat after release. And if you've been following Tico's Talks, you would know that NCSOFT has done a very good job of listening to the community. People don't really care about P2W anyway. It's only a vocal minority who still thinks that P2W matters in 2024. You want proof? Take a look at what happened to BDO. It was accused of being P2W back in 2017. Then people realized it doesn't really matter, even if it was true that it was P2W. Also, people keep confusing PFC with P2W. Pay for convenience is not the same as P2W. And remember this: There are two kinds of whales. The one who plays all the time (not everyone has that luxury) and the one who pays. And it's the people who pay that actually help to support the game (and if you buy lucent for real money and buy a weapon, the lucent is sent back to another player; it's a win-win situation). You think these game companies keep these MMOs running for the sake of charity?
I truly believe it's opinion based but thank you for sharing! I've noticed some pay features that give a boost but most is cosmetic and things you can get in game with alittle bit of work
