This is a very versatile and fast cake recipe. Not only is it moist and delicious, the same batter can be used to make banana bread and muffins. Delicious frosted with cream cheese frosting.
Filling and satisfying.
Perfectly sweet for sweet tooth’s.
INGREDIENTS:
3 Banana
1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Cocoa powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 Egg
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
100g Cream cheese
2 tbsp Sugar
