What I really appreciate about these ladies is the way they give really good information about products without forcing their opinion or perspective about products or brands. It's very "this is what it did for me and my skin, but do what's best for you" and I really appreciate that. Personal opinion without bias, in a way. Thanks for the video, Rowena & Felicia! ❤️
That fixation on negativity is a huge driving force behind so much anxiety. My therapist trained me to ask, "why am I feeling what I'm feeling?" Sometimes, it allows me to find the thing that's bothering me that I am poorly attempting to repress and deal with it. And sometimes, it's a bunch of negative thoughts that I've let run wild and unchecked!
Ro NEEDS to try the love kinship marshmallow gel moisturizer, I have normal skin and it provides enough hydration but still being so lightweight. It’s a great day moisturizer! And it has marshmallow root extract and the SMELL I TELL YOU 👌 Love both of you ❤️
if you have dry, flaky scalp, you can mix sea salt and a conditioner to exfoliate your scalp. i use coarse sea salt and a deep conditioner. rub the mixture through your scalp, let it sit for a couple of minutes, and then rinse out. i normally condition my hair again afterwards with just conditioner. make the mixture before you get into the shower and do not try to save it. it doesn’t save well. i read about this mixture in health magazine or something similar years ago, and it’s helped whenever i’ve had dry, flaky scalp. you can also use jojoba oil to moisturize your scalp. i don’t know if this works for actual dandruff, but it helped me with my occasional dry, flaky scalp.
Hi ladies! Would love if you would consider adding subtitles/captions for people who want to watch your videos but maybe hearing impaired! Would be super helpful, thank you!
@@cheriez when I had watched it, the cc option wasn’t available! I’m glad it is now :) I guess UA-cam takes a while to upload them if they are just automated subtitles.
So glad to see a great outlook on life from influencers for once. No one is owed anything. Do as much as you can and don’t depend on the world around you for happiness.
I love the timestamp info btw. While I do watch the whole video, I also am only interested in one or two products at a time, because introducing too many new things makes my skin mad, lol. I've heard a lot of good stuff about Face hero.
I always find your outfits so flattering! Do you think it's possible to put down in the description box what you ladies are wearing in each video? That'll be so helpful! Want to look as nice as you ladies! 😉
Big fan of Beauty Within! Made me fall in love with skincare❤ Can i request an aftercare after waxing or IPL/SHR? I keep getting ingrown even after exfoliating my skin and some guide on Follicle Inflammation please😭
maybe weird and specific question, but wondering if you could possibly do a video for skin/hair care in incredibly dry climates like the desert or high altitudes? a lot of ingredients that are considered super hydrating (hyalruonic acid, glycerin, other humectants) actually have the opposite effect because there's no moisture in the air to pull from. so most recommended products are actually v unhelpful!!! pls help!!! thx :)
I see Krave Beauty Beet Shield on the table but maybe because Krave Beauty pulled it off its website due to the SPF supplier debacle...maybe that’s why you cut that part out? Am I getting at something?
Can we PLEEASE get a video on sunscreen ??? ❤️❤️❤️ I need to replace my PURITO sunscreen, it was so affordable and did not leave a white cast on my tan skin. Krave has been sold out and idk what else to try cause everything else I've been trying is too white for me 😩
Wow Felicia, not sure if you will see this comment but I am now really curious how the Sekkisei Souffle moisturizer compares to a water cream like the Tatcha/Rovectin. I have been on the Sekkisei Souffle for > 1 year and once the bottle is finished, I was def thinking of exploring other brands/products but weren't sure how they compare (esp texture wise). Does anyone have any experience in both? I was hoping to find something sufficiently moisturising but also not too gooey since I live in a more humid environment.
I recently started using the Sioris Essener and I've had so much trouble getting it out of the bottle! Good to hear I'm not the only one, I thought I was just totally inept 😭 And I love it but I wish it came in a bigger bottle
You guys... have you heard about Numbuz:n Toner 3 Shining Essence? It works very beautifully for my oily dehydrated skin. I believe you can layer it for dry skin too. It healed my swollen acne miraculously. It's mostly fermented ingredients with some rose oil at the end of the list. I found it on Yesstyle and this is almost a moisturiser for me now.
I think they are great and super informative!, but I feel with the amount of products they try they really can't test most of them out to see the effects of a product long term 100% you know? ( although some products like cleansers or moisturizers are easy to judge after a few uses). You can't tell me they used ALL the products they recommend for a long period of time. Like, with some of my active AHA's/BHA's I put them in my routine 1x a week and then the second month 2x a week to test how how it works. And, if I am using a new product i don't try ANY other new product at the same time in case i get a breakout or something and can't tell which new product it came from. When I test out any new kind of retinol/retinal product I wait until 3 months before i can judge it. But, i think this is a problem with many YT beauty channels who are focused on skincare and are sent tons of new products! And often time they are sponsored( although i get thats how they make money too so i can't be too judgey on that.
@@clisaa6974 their job is skin, they know the ingredients that are in them and what they do. You can take their suggestions or not, you can also take other suggestions or not. If you want more long-term based results with a certain item / product that someone has used you can find it here on UA-cam besides them. Have a nice / great day.
@@clisaa6974 I've been watching them religiously for over a year now and one observation I've had is that they seem to test new products for a week or two at most before moving on to testing completely different products. I don't think that's a long enough time to form a comprehensive opinion on an anti-acne, anti-aging and/or brightening toner/essence/serum/ampoule (those products generally only work w/ long-term, consistent use), but that's more than enough time to test out a cleanser, moisturizer or sunscreen, so I personally trust their product recommendations in those areas.
@@aliceramenhead Yeah I agree, and i usually liked their recommendations for those products as well as you dont need to use them long term to see effects. I mean again I get this is there job like other beauty youtubers so they have to test out many products ! I still think they are great! But, i just don't care for when channels similar to theirs list like 20 products for a video you know.Like at times it just seems like to much. And, maybe they have( i don't always watch their whole videos or skim through the video to a product I am curious about) but do they ever talk bad about a product? I feel like they never talk about "bad" products. At the end of the day they give good info, but i just don't like how each video seems to be selling a list of products- like most beauty youtubers do. but i do understand its the nature of the business.
@@clisaa6974 They do have negative opinions about "bad" products from time to time, but they usually go about it in a "We didn't like this product for [insert personal reasons], but it might work for you depending on your skin" kind of way. So on one hand I appreciate that they never do those clickbait-y "These products will RUIN YOUR SKIN" / "Overrated products that are actually TERRIBLE" kind of videos. On the other hand, sometimes it's hard to tell which products are the ones they do like even if it didn't personally work for them VS. which products they actually hate but are being diplomatic/neutral about on camera for business/PR reasons

Beauty of Jeson was VERY surprising to me, I thought it was so small, but this is that one product that when they tell you that you only need a BIT it’s really just a bit, I have oily skin and I’m not a fan of the “Dewy” look that everyone seems to be going after these days, they just look oily, I don’t need that, so I was very surprised when that moisturizer made my skin looks normal, matte, PERFECT, this moisturizer is very worthy
dr dray has a good video about that, if you're open to watching hehe essentially she says that spfs were never meant to be the end all be all of sun protection. what matters is using sunscreen //and// also doing stuff to limit sun exposure
Why do you have the Beet The Sun on the table? I think it's dangerous to promote a product that is mislabeled and possibly unsafe. I love you guys I'm just kinda upset at Liah and how she handled the SPFgate and her sneaky wink wink "I would let my friends use it" statement in her video. Sunburns are bad and SPF is important to alot of people and sending that message is wrong.
She took it off her site and they didn't talk about it. I think this video was filmed before liah uploaded her video and statement. Also, it's not that the spf was ineffective, liah removed the product because she couldn't get a consistent spf rating so she can't confidently say what the spf number is for the product and she takes sun protection very seriously and want consumers to be well informed about her products.
@@Allyson.Cameron I think you need to re-watch her video. Most of the brands including Krave are way way off on their spf level. Then in her video she wouldn't share the info due to privacy. Come on!! Then to say "I would let my friends keep using it as a spf" is a dangerous misleading statement.
@@Skincareslug I think what she meant by that is that it *is* an SPF, just not as high as the bottle claims. I still have a Purito sunscreen left and am still comfortable using it as an SPF on cloudy days when I don't need as high of an SPF. I'd use the Krave one the same way if I had any left.
