Percent efective binder Pbe = Pb - Pba*Ps/100
here Pba is absrobed binder (percent by weight of aggregates), and Ps total stone aggregates (by wt of mix)
Pb is the total percent binder (by weight of mix)
Vbe can be estimated from Pbe
