Run punching glove for urshifu, the utility of being able to switch moves and also never make contact with surging is much more useful than the extra damage
Yes, Tera has been banned from natdex ou. I personally enjoy no Tera, monster like pex and amongus were so tedious to break through. And black sludge is viable again
