Flight Summery
The 7.4 volt Lipo that powers the pad was charged the night before to full charge which was around 8.3 volts. Some of that voltage slipped through the mosfet and went to the igniter which lit the motor prematurely. The amount of power that slipped through went unnoticed during testing because it was such a small amount. Granted, there were a few rocket errors as well that will be fixed on Gen4v2.
