Noice airplane, that first design could have flown pretty well. I’d definitely recommend doing glide tests to make sure center of gravity was right. A plane that glides well flies well. Also it appears the sharp wings had anhedral? This is not good for small scale aircraft like this because causes very unstable without gyro. Try to add some slight dihedral it will fly better. Also reduce control rates and add some expo, the plane seemed very sensitive to control inputs. Amazing project and development my bro, keep it up!
these are great notes thank you so much. Like you mentioned, i think the biggest factor was that the elevators had too much control rates so im thinking about rebuilding and retesting it to see if it fixes the issue.

I was expecting you to make a new plane for the EDF but I respect just slapping it on the old fuselage lol
funny enough it is a new airframe lol. I decided to make it so similar because I have plans for sale on my patreon for it. I wanted it to be a quick and ez way to upgrade from prop to EDF without making a totally new plane. Altho wait till next video if u wanna see new airframes with the EDF...

I think the first plane might have been tail heavy.
I did too but no matter how far forward I put the screwdriver it didn't work. It just became nose heavy. I think my control surfaces are too big and causes it to become incredibly sensitive. Thanks for the help!

I use YueLi FPV Goggles VR009. I got them in a pack with my third drone. The 2 one I crashed into a pool after hitting a zip line wire.
The ones you have don't work anymore. Probably, the battery is not holding a charge, but it won't turn on at all, so idk🤷.
