Welcome To CSK Control Systems! The next step in advancing my model rockets. I will be working on rockets that use a flight computer to control themselves as well as an Thrust Vector Control Mount (TVC).

What kind of fuel did you use?
These are Estes B4-4 motors I believe. They use black powder propellant
Hi guys, I really interested with mechanical item I had a background in mechanical engineering (CAD/prototyping) But, I have no clue about coding Do you have any suggestion for me what should I learn to build rocket like yours? Previously I ever built Autonomous Plane using iNAV but there is no coding involved I am wondering how did you get the actual data such as gyro, altitude and process it through feed back for the engine (control system)
@Indonesia01ian I can't really give too much advice because I am still prototyping and developing this rocket however I can provide some basic helpful information. For reading orientation, you need some kind of inertial measurement unit (IMU). I use the MPU6050, it isn't the most accurate but it works. For starting out I would recommend using the Arduino Nano 33IOT which has a built in IMU called the LSM6DS3. For reading angles from the raw orientation values, ChatGPT can help with that and it works really well. For altitude, use a barometer like the Adafruit BMP280. for the body of the flight computer I whould use small breadboards since they are beginner friendly. I used a Proportional controller at first which is part of a PID. You should really join my discord server though which is linked in the description of this video. I have some people on there who might be willing to help. Some of them even helped me a lot.

The video are way to short... We want to know more, know how you prepare them, your reflexion, idea, suggestions, etc.
If you want more information I started doing engineering cuts for my TVC hoppers and they have tons of information about each hopper up to Gen3v2. Although the engineering cut does not involve this rocket, I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for more information on my latest project.
