- It's been a while since I took on a custom order for furniture! The owner had gotten these pieces for free so they needed a lot of love! I was able to bring them back to life and she was SO happy with the end result! What do YOU think of the end result?

When trying to fill that groove, can I suggest putting the bondo in a ziplock bag, cut off the tip and pipe it in, smooth with the knife, a lot less sanding. 😃
How did you learn how to identify the different types of wood and what you need to do with each type to get the desired outcome? Could you do or have a video on the different types and maybe the pros and cons of each?
I absolutely like the way you made the separate pieces look like they are from the same set!
Girl! You are a furniture artist! Absolutely gorgeous!
My baby daughter loves watching you in her bouncy chair while I make breakfast.
Love this base! Love all of your work as well. Oh and I believe the issue you’re having with the router is because it should always travel away from you. Otherwise it’s working wanting to push away from the wood based on the way the bit is spinning
Hello from Belgium! You give me inspiration to do the same. We are restoring a 1905 house here in Ostend. Love the old furniture in the second hand shops here. I flip them as you do and gives a great satisfaction. Thanks for all the time you put in transfering all your knowledge and experience 👍👍👍❤️
These pieces look great together - the bamboo was a fantastic idea to help match them. Thanks for the video!
Loved this - very helpful for those interested in custom pieces as well as those flipping furniture - beautiful pieces for $1000 hard to get good furniture let alone three pieces for that today! Great job 👏 ❤😊
Wow getting those 3 for free. I really like the dresser. But I really like how all 3 look together. Hope the client enjoys. Great job👍🏻😃
You are so detail orientated. I'd never think of using the mats, these turned out amazing,
This was a great video. Very informative. Great job Lauren. That look is timeless.❤🇨🇦
Wow! These are so beautiful! You’ve sold me on using anchor on my next project. My headboard. Doing it from scratch. Using a photo from home depot. Using Dixie Belle silk and metallics. Can’t wait to start. Thanks for the help to get started. Was stuck, now I’m not!!!
I love how you broke this down into detail to show everyone how much we can make flipping. It turned out great! And doesn’t look like the dreaded “matchy-matchy.”
That is a great price you charged your client. They wouldn’t have been able to buy as nice a set retail. You did a awesome job on these pieces. 👏🏻💖
They are gorgeous Lauren! That was a lot of work but I agree with your pricing. Love them! 🥰🥰🥰
Lauren, excellent job. WOW, it came out amazing. Nothing like the original pieces. Thank you for your time in sharing this video. Hugs and love to you and Neiman from St Petersburg Florida. ❤❤
You do great work . Questions I would have is how much you would know to charge on what ? How do you know what would be in style or popular ? What colors do you choose ?
Lauren really enjoyed your video. I really enjoy watching you do flips you do a great job keep up the good work.
The editing in this video is genius!!!
Wow girl! I can’t believe all the work you did, made everything look as a set. All I have are dark pieces and I want to paint them a light color. Almost white washed. Thanks Lauren 🥰
They turned out lovely! Very nice makeover! Love how you explain everything. I have wood pieces that I'd like to remake, just haven't been sure how to do, so I've picked up some ideas here! Thanks. 😊
They turned out great. You did a lot of work. I'm surprised a client would pay that much to have this done. That is amazing and so happy for you. I love your videos and hope some day to do this. Thank you for sharing and going into so much detail.
That touch of gold on the dresser did it for me! The “ Devil is in the details”! You aced it.❤
Hello from Houston! Lauren, I love your passion and relaxed working/talking style. I have been watching your channel just for leisure (pleasing my eye and "soul" lol). Another stunning work done! Just a small tiny suggestion though, for your camera man (he does amazing job and contribute a lot to your finished videos): Could he possibly give a steady look for the whole picture of the set a a bit like at least 3-5 seconds? His camera just keep moving from top to bottom, from side to side, it is good to add the great feel, but it is killing me not seeing a whole picture. Thanks.
Wow, I love the make over. Excellent job with hardware. It looks like a 6,000.00 Bedroom. Elegant,❤,,
Excellent and very informative video to watch. Always enjoy your lessons and tips.
Don’t forget within costs are electricity, consumables like sanding pads and cloths, part of your home as workspace, car insurance, wear and tear on vehicle. In Canada you can claim a portion of your home and vehicle cost on your taxes if you have a home based business.
Thank you so much for the instagram tip. I post my flips there but I never would have thought of making sure my location was on it too.
The pieces turned out great! Love the round knobs!
Those pieces turned out beautifully matched :-D Just gorgeous!
Great job again! I also have been loving your music lately. Keep doing what you’re doing!!!
Amazing transformation’s ❤ love how you used the bamboo mat to add a brilliant feature to the drawers ❤
Possibly your best piece yet! Love it. 👏👏🌸🖤

Great choice on the hardware and the single wood tone. Just beautiful!
Andrea I find your videos so soothing and I was thrilled this one was a bit longer. Keep ‘em coming!
Her name is Lauren!!🤣😂😅
@@mamita1935Probably just a letter too much in “and” - which the phone interpreted as “Andrea” rather than not knowing her name. 😊
Wow! Such hard work and such details! Great job!
Love watching your videos. Not only are they extremely informative, but I also think you are adorable. 😊
Yet Another well thoughtout; well designed; amazing Transformation!
I cannot wait to see your next flip
Well done!
Buy some pipe clamps. They're cheap and you adjust them by changing the pipe that they're on. They come in parts. You buy the ends and add the pipes to them. You can make them any size or length you like by changing the size pipe in them. They also are a lot tougher than those bar clamps like the ones you have.
You are such a good teacher. Thank you. As a former Early childhood and elementary teacher( before that did several other things like biochem research, pharmacy, historic restoration). But know the combination of teaching and your talented redoing furniture I admire your every program. And don't get me started on the photograghy, music, editing of Himself. A real pair of talents.
Love this flip, you are awesome!! 👏👏👏
They are beautiful. Wonderful job.❤
Thank you so much for your videos! 😊 I just started my own channel and uploaded my first video and knowing how much work one video is, I appreciate your work even more. Thank you! ❤
It was great to watch a start to finish flip again. You did a great job. Thank you for sharing. ❤❤
There is a gal in my area that refinishes furniture and often clients have furniture that needs a makeover. TFS.
Came out beautiful! Just perfection...
wow those are beautiful. everything! Thats price was good. you could have gotten more but so what . you did great. i just recently primed a set of night stands and can see bubbles in the thin veneer that didnt see when scuff sanding... i assume this is water damage. I had to stop and ordered bondo. I tried using wood filler but all the types I have are gritty and you could see it through the primer.. This will be my first time using bondo. Thanks for all the great tips..
Money well spent 👏👏👏👏 for a beautiful work of art 💓💓💓
Wow, gorgeous, another stunning set. 😁
Always beautiful work ❤
Thank you for sharing your process. It is a great set! ❤
STUNNING!!🖤
Theses are GORGEOUS!!!!!!
AWESOME!!!❤
Drooling over these
Beautiful job Lauren!
Love this!
Beautiful!!!
Fabulous job! They look stunningly high end! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Very pretty transformation. Thanks!
Learning so much from your videos!! Quick question, why did you not add a top coat? I’m new at this and thought all painted pieces needed one? Am I wrong? Looks great without one but I didn’t know you could go without. You’re so talented!
That was great really injoy this video can't wait to see what you do ❤😊
Love your channel ❤
Beautiful 😍
I love it, that’s what I want to do to my dressers but they’re covered in black shiny vinyl, they are made of particle board. I don’t know how I would do it. I love how the dresser came out.
Great job! You earned every penny of the profit!
Great job,,so stately
They came out so good, the details to make look like a set, was 😍💪🏻

Great job!
Great job!!!!!!
They look amazing!
Wow great job well done looks really lovely
I really enjoy your videos. I do the same but your furniture is a lot more interesting. 🇬🇧
Excellent video!
I love your work and I’m getting started in building my own flipping business. I also have a question. How come you often don’t mask off the inside edges of the dresser drawer cutouts to protect the inside panels from overspray? Do customers just generally not care about the overspray on the inside?
Loved video. You are very detailed in your explanations. I have one question. After the bondo... you put something from a red tube... what was that and its purpose. Thanks!
I think it was another type of bondo or wood filler or something like that that comes in a tube. She didn’t say what it was but on a different channel the lady showed the different types of filler products. One type came in a tube. But I’m not for sure. I’m just guessing.
You can clamp two smaller clamps together to make a long one. If you can’t figure it out, let me know
Great video 😊
Great job! Gorgeous flip. :)
If you don’t add the shellac but just add primer would it still bubble up? The bin primer ? Just wondering !
Great video.. Closed Captions Please. ❤
Lovely❤
