- Excited to give you an official full tour of our home in Austin! We transformed almost every inch of this 1989 home and breathed new life and character into it! Living through 2 huge remodels was NOT easy, but I was so happy to make this home into more of the modern style we love. We loved spending the past almost 4 years here, but so excited for our next adventure and new home - coming soon! :)

Love your home. It doesn’t look like a cookie cutter, but you have made it your own. And tastefully done. Love the colours you have chosen and my favourite earthy colours for a home, black, white, gold, beige, brown, grey. Just beautiful. ❤️

Hi and welcome!! Thank you! The doors are by Cantera Doors. The marble backsplash was done by a local fabricator - we picked that slab out at a local slab yard!

beautiful home but why didn't you flip the kitchen so you can have more space for a pantry?
It would have costed a ton more to move plumbing, etc. And it's just me and my husband, so honestly our currently pantry is only ever half full lol - it worked for us!

Hi! We remodeled toward the end of the pandemic, so it took forever! Almost a year for the first floor. But last year's upstairs reno took 3 months! Sending best wishes you'll finish soon!
Beautiful! I always say it's not what things cost, but how they are presented collectively. Inexpensive items can look expensive styled the right way. Expensive items can look cheap and messy styled the wrong way. You have great taste! It's a shame you are moving so soon.

Very nice - but can’t handle a kitchen with no windows, too dark.
I know... I wish we had windows as well but that was the layout we had to work with.
I subscribed. I love your design taste. I am very picky and watch hundreds of home design videos searching for that perfect balance of modern but with a little traditional sprinkled in and vice versa. I have to say your esthetic is so pretty. Of course I still would tweak a few things to personalize to my taste. My one complaint is you went way too fast. I would love to relish your design in each room and the way you styled everything together more slowly. ❤ I don’t know if you had to film in a certain amount of time.

I can tell you that I don't. Most all of it is coming with me to our new home. I love mixing high and low, so does my budget. I love finding the nice quality pieces that are budget friendly and showing how to style them so they look high end for anyone wanting a designer look for less ☺️ I know not everyone has the budget for Arhaus, and I love helping bridge that gap!

awful. looks like everyone else's in this age range, everything store bought boxed from like target or wayfair. nothing of interest, no character. no color...cheap looking. blah. One can always get an idea of interior design by the style, fashion he/she wears...knew the minute she opened the door what this would look like. bwhahahha. 'marble floors' bwhahahha 'french apartment kind of vibe'. bwhahahha, I just can't.

@@richred1333 wow the YT peanut gallery is tough lol. My soul personally loves my Amazon pieces. And yes, I do earn a commission as an Amazon Influencer but even if I wasn't I still would have purchased it all. I love a mix of high and low and so does my pocket book. I also love vintage items and collected pieces, which I have throughout my home as I pointed out. That's the beauty of decorating. You don't have to love it, but if you do - I love getting to show ideas of how to put it all together and where to find it.
